Misty Kit is a Kiirinta a moth people with seriously loud voices.

To protect people's hearing, Misty speaks exclusively with their Limited Telepathy. They violate this for two reasons:

1. To use their racial Reverberating Shriek.
2. To use a feat known as Startled Scream.

When Misty uses Startled Scream, any ally who was surprised by the start of combat is not flat footed. Anyone who wasn't surprised by the combat get a +1 Insight bonus to their initiative. In exchange, Misty is Shakened for the first round of combat.

Oh, the shout is also very, very loud.
