Bella notices her friends acting very strange, even attacking each other or themselves.
"Uh oh! Looks like you guys are under the effect of what almost happened to me."
With a wave of her hand and muttering an incantation, a burst of soothing energy washes over everyone as she casts calm emotions, centering the spell on herself.
School: enchantment (compulsion) [emotion, mind-affecting];
range: 20' Radius
Duration: concentration, up to 1 round/level (D)
Saving Throw: Will negates; Spell Resistance yes.
This spell calms agitated creatures. You have no control over the affected creatures, but calm emotions can stop raging creatures from fighting or joyous ones from reveling. Creatures so affected cannot take violent actions (although they can defend themselves) or do anything destructive. Any aggressive action against or damage dealt to a calmed creature immediately breaks the spell on all calmed creatures.
This spell automatically suppresses (but does not dispel) any morale bonuses granted by spells such as bless, good hope, and rage, and also negates a bard's ability to inspire courage or a barbarian's rage ability. It also suppresses any fear effects and removes the confused condition from all targets. While the spell lasts, a suppressed spell, condition, or effect has no effect. When the calm emotions spell ends, the original spell or effect takes hold of the creature again, provided that its duration has not expired in the meantime.
I did a lot of internet research on this spell. The main thing I'm concerned about is getting rid of my allies' confusion. I'm not really worried about calming the water creatures since most everyone is making hostile actions against each other, however, there may be a couple water creatures that haven't been attacked yet, so they could be affected by the spell (like the one Tere was attacking until he became confused). Anyway, let's see how this plays out...

At least one of the water creatures should need to make a save against the calm emotions spell. I'm not sure which ones were attacked last round, but, at least the one in front of Tere should need to make a save... EDIT: Ok, yeah, just the one in front of Tere needs to make a save.

"If you notice any of the creatures become docile, don't attack them! They won't attack you if you don't threaten them!"
Bella calls out to her companions.
She continues to concentrate on her calm emotions spell to make sure none of her teammates suffer bouts of confusion if attacked.

Twenty foot radius spread will get the entire party as well as all the elementals. So if the party wants to fight, they will also need to make will saves
willx3 DC 16: 3d20 ⇒ (11, 11, 8) = 30
None of the elementals actually attacked. But if you want to attack them, you will need to make an additional will save to do so. An attack will break the calm on everyone.

Bella raises an eyebrow as she notices a calm fall over the room for a moment.

Will DC 16, mind fog: 1d20 + 9 - 1 ⇒ (13) + 9 - 1 = 21
To clarify, before Ny'a takes an action that might spoil the spell, the way I read it is that the initial Will save determines who is affected by the spell. Then, if an affected creature is attacked, it breaks the spell for all affected creatures. If I'm interpreting that correctly, that means we can safely attack creatures that weren't affected (i.e. made their save) without breaking the effect on affected creatures (i.e. that failed their save), correct?
Harpua Nutbag |

Will DC 16, mind fog: 1d20 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 - 2 = 5
If my interpretation above is correct, Ny'a will use readied actions to only attack elementals that attack her, ensuring that she only targets foes that are unaffected by calm emotions. Can a combat-trained mount be ordered to attack with such conditions, or is that too complicated of an instruction? Fwiw, I spent a skill point on linguistics to teach Common to Harpua; he understands Common with an Intelligence of 6.

Deluge-Core |
I don't think Deluge could figure out which elementals are or are not affected until they get a chance to attack and the dolphin definitely cannot. Actually, I'm not sure if even the caster can for a spell that affects multiple creatures so we won't know until after their round which is too late for the summoning. Next round, Deluge could make a more informed placement.

@Ny'a that is my understanding as well.
