Odd, I did a forum search to see if the name had popped up before, like in the briefing, and it turned up no results. My search foo was severely lacking. Chalk it up to character memory lapse.

No worries. I didn't know if Walks was playing like he fell asleep, in which case Arioch was going to make fun of him, or if you didn't remember. Looks like Arioch will go back to teasing the gnome. :)

A few small lanterns illuminate this rickety stretch of shoreline, and the smell of moldering wood fills the air. Ramshackle buildings line the shore, while short wooden docks protrude into the gently lapping waters of the lake.
Although this area should mostly be asleep at this hour, Severna and Mahlbeni notice sounds coming from the buildings marked R and M1.
You can move freely until you make it clear that you know about the people hiding, then I roll initiative.

Everyone carefully approaches the hidden figures, who are content to allow oyu to pass until Stiggur walks up and looks in the window one of them was hiding in. Then the doors of the suspicious buildings fly open.

What does red look like. If he/she looks like a spell caster that would change his approach and instead of readying an attack he would engage.

I think it is dangerous and she preferred us to do her dirty work and take the damage. Any advice on how to deal with the gate or the effects my friends here have suffered from it?"

Arioch pities the fool who tries to ambush the Pathfinders. His pity takes the form of a dagger to the ribs. The half-orc then moves so Stiggur can do his thing.
Stiggur's thing works just fine, and the minion is now in a hold reminiscent of a certain yellow-clad ninja.
The hold makes it easy for the bird Severna summons to hit with its beak and one talon, bloodying him.

Stiggur gets a strong grip on the enemy, and Arioch takes advantage of the opportunity to stich a dagger into some organ the mook couldn't live without.

20 arrows, a Razmiri religious pamphlet, two tindertwigs and 11 gp.
Red has two potions, a masterwork chain shirt, masterwork quarterstaff, sling with 10 bullets, iron mask and wooden unholy symbol and 14 gp.
