Assuming he would've been filled in, Arioch will try to recall information about Madreki.

Knowledge Local: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24

Arioch knows that Madreki Gael is a member of a disgraced Sczarni family that attempted to kill Guaril Karela about a year ago.

Jilla shrugs. "I don't really understand all of it, but if you promise the Society will get out of trouble, I suppose you can take care of the rest."

Jilla could easily be swayed, but for now she'll assume Guaril is trustworthy enough.

"Conference time."

Arioch makes sure the party is FAR away from Karela before sharing what he knows.

"So this Madreki fool is a member of a disgraced Sczarni crime family that attempted to kill Karela about a year ago. There's no way we're not giving this information to the Lodge instead of Guaril. Let me share with you how their world works: 'In this business, never trust anybody. Everybody in this business is a criminal. How're you gonna trust a criminal?' The information goes to the Lodge because, last time I checked, we report to the Society and not Karela. Capice? Oraiah Tolal can share with Karela what she thinks he needs to know about the situation."

WwG shrugs, a newbie to the society and rather unfamiliar with politics.

"I suppose so, though if this guy is a business man he might reward us for giving him the info. And tough dealing with criminals is dangerous, so is crossing them. I'm OK with either approach but since you two want to bypass Karela, I'm good with that."

Jilla shrugs. "Well, it's really all the same to me! I just like seeing different places, so I want to keep the Society happy."

Jilla happily changes her vote, giving us unanimity!

You decline Karela's offer and take the evidence directly to the venture-captain.

Karela’s shipments once again flow into the city freely, providing the lodge and the people of Tamran with much needed supplies.

Venture-Captain Tolal uses the evidence to exonerate the Pathfinder Society and expose Captain Vaylorne’s treachery. She places the blame squarely on the shoulders of the Aspis Consortium and the church of Razmir. The Pathfinder Society’s name is cleared, and the people of Tamran grudgingly admit that Molthune is not to blame for the plot.
