Kazuuk then guides you to a roughly two-hour march toward their iruxi enclave of Tskikha. The enclave is an assemblage of huts and semi-permanent structures built on several pieces of elevated land in the swamplands. Chief Thakik leads this enclave, having arranged a migration across the swamp several years ago. Thakik selected the enclave’s new location due to its elevated position, which also put it near a series of ancient stone ruins that rise ominously from the swamp.
After Kazuuk leads you to the enclave, he takes you directly to meet Chief Thakik, who dwells in a solitary hut a short walk from the larger enclave and closer to the ruins. As you approach, Chief Thakik rests in her hut at the end of a long day of hunting with other members of the enclave, but she quickly gets up to greet you. Kazuuk whispers something to her in which she nods.
“Greetings,” she says to you, ”you must be more Pathfinders. It is an honor to meet you. I am Chief Thakik of the Tskikha Enclave, and I am responsible for all who dwell here, including your lost friend, Rain in Cloudy Day.”

Before you even engage yourselves with Chief Thakik with some of your questions, shouts of panic come from outside. The shouts come both from the enclave’s main area and from Rain in Cloudy Day, who has just spotted an incoming threat from the ruins.
Kazuuk spots more of the same creature that Rain saw in the ruins, poised to attack the enclave. Kazuuk rushes to defend the enclave. Before departing, Thakik asks the PCs to help Rain in Cloudy Day battle the attackers from the ruins.
"Please help Rain eradicate the threat. Go and keep safe. We'll have more time to talk after that," Chief Thakik says before she leaves to you the encounter.
