I come bearing good and bad news; the good news being I have a new job starting soon that is less stressful and pays significantly more than what I was making previously. The negative of it is that my gaming time needs to be trimmed down to keep that game-work-life balance balanced.

With that said, I am going to have to drop out from this game. Tark, thank you for having me and I appreciate you letting me have the chance to play my houndsman. Thank you all for playing wonderfully evil folks with me. I hope we all have a chance to play together again soon! Please remove Draco when you have the chance.

Something just occurred to me.
TarkXT should keep Draco as an NPC. The cavalier DID pledge his soul to the Archbaron..unless Fex puts Draco to work beyond Longacre.

I think i know what to do with draco and cimri. Cimri's role in the story is essentially done and while butting heads with the lawful members is fun, its just irritating without sympathetic members to bounce off of.

Ill crack open the recruitment thread again and see about getting two or three more later today.

1000gp for 2nd level and half.5 hp for each lvl thereafter.

If I were to run this again id take the first couple of parts from way of the wicked and let that lead up to you meeting with the archbaron in the later parts of this one.

The early parts of this kind of actively punish you for being evil in an evil game while being very dry. I get that what were doing is prolly meant to be played out in one or two live sessions but damn if it doesn't lack a certain hook.

For now, the avatar image is pretty fitting. Amber-tinted skin, short hair, blonde facial hair with a little salt in it (age - I imagine the character in his late 30's or early 40's).

Not particularly wealthy dressed. He is a tiefling, after all, and officially works as a mortician's assistant. Nothing too fancy.

I’m sorry everyone, but I have to drop from this campaign.

As you have doubtlessly noticed, I am rarely able to post and I don’t see that changing for the forseeable future. The desire to play is there, but the time and especially the mental energy is not.

I hope that by stepping down now, you have time to pull in one more member from the recruitment thread and pick up the game with more energy.

Can we get a new cleric?

Sorry we didn't get to game together, Lucien. Perhaps in the future when your available time improves.

I don't really want to pigenhole a new recruit if we want one--especially because evil clerics aren't natural healers. If we do want to pick out a role for another recruit (and not saying I do), I believe we have a clear slot for a 9-level caster of any sort.

Ah. Sorry to see you go, Lucien. Our joint cooperation was brief, but the groundwork you laid down is appreciated.

As for heals, I have options with kinetic healer, if you all are able to shoulder the nonlethal damage.

If not, I could remake the character, I suppose. An life mystery oracle could do the trick, regardless of alignment. Though a selfless oracle dispersing their own life force doesn't really fit an evil campaign, but I can make something work if it is needed.
