Kizzy lashes out even as the goblin begins to part the shrubbery to his will. Unfortunately, Meg's earlier blow (and the nicks and scrapes accumulated) are too much for the small frame to bear one more strike. He collapses to the ground, another gurgle of blood coming from his mouth.
Do you leave him to bleed out?
We are out of initiative.

Kast doesn't wait for the goblin to get back up, bringing the {i]Iron Quill[/i] down upon its neck.
Only once he is sure its dead, and after he's looked into all the nearby bushes, does he begin to relax.
"That was one heck of a welcome. I guess they don't like visitors," he mentions, cleaning off the Quill's blade. "Seamus? You look awful. Are you okay?"
Kast has a few minor scratches and won't use the wand on himself, but is happy to hamberder up others.
"We could have done better, but we still did pretty well I'd say." Kast offers an eager boyish grin with the last thought.
Margareta "Meg" Alekto
Crossing off four clw charges for Meg, four for Sea, and one each for Kast and Kizzy
Meg is glad to see Kast finish off the goblin druid. She stays standing even as she is healed up as she gets the feeling that sitting will just put her in more pain. She stabs her rapier into the ground and uses it to prop herself up. ”That was not my idea of fun. I sincerely hope the rest of the way will not be like this. I hate constraints. I would not have gotten half as cut up anywhere else.”
She takes a more focused scan of her comrades. ”I am glad everyone is still up and about.” She double-takes at Izo and his altered form. She had only vaguely noticed the change during the battle, as she had been too focused on the chaos to fully register. ”That is quite a trick, Izo. Good work.”
Izomandakus
"Definitely the elf looks happier with his instrument sit at a tavern" Izomonkeys stares at Seamus with a simian smile and strongly scratches the chin of his monkey face.
"Hum?" the charau-ka looks at his hands surprised and marveled after Meg's question "That's weird... I was feeling just so trapped, then something instinctively triggered and arcane words started to come to my mind..." Izomandakus pauses deeply thoughtful "Where have I learnt those...?"
But he quickly forgets about it as something else comes to his mind lighting it "Does the goblin still have that blade of flames?"
Seamus Passeri
'No, no, no.' Seeing the goblin trying to run into the shrubbery, Seamus begins to draw another arrow as Kizzy lashes out and the goblin collapses to the ground. His shoulders sagging, "Oh thank the gods!" Seamus ducks under the thistles nearing where the others are.
Smiling as Izomandakus calls back his pig. Seamus nods in agreement with Kast. " Ot like visitors? You can say that again," Looking down at the wounds on his neck, torso and legs, he tells, Kast. "I feel worse than I look, I'd really appreaciate any help that wand can give."
After Kast waggles the wand, Seamus breaths a sigh of relief, "Pretty or not, we're the ones still standing" He nods towards Meg, "She's right this limited space was a killer." Tucking his bow in it's scabbard, Seamus snorts when Izomonkey comments he'd be happier playing in a tavern. Still listening as he explains how the transformation took place. When Izomandakus asks about the blade of flames, Seamus, now feeling much better, starts to look around.

”And it definitely wasn’t pretty,” Kast’s eyes flicker to Izo’s new face and then back to Seamus. He puts the wand away, hoping it lasts. ”Maybe that was most of them, might not be many left, hopefully.”
”Should we explore the rest of the bushes around here? In case there are more goblins around? Probably. Can’t be too sure.”
Kast will limp his way as indicated on the map.
Qetsiyah "Kizzy"
Quetsiyah nods her agreement over the perils of fighting in such close quarters. "Yes, let's try and avoid that in the future. I have a hard enough time keeping up with you sprightly types as it is. And I'd like to point out, you'll get hurt much less if you stay near me." She adds, taking on a slight lecturing tone. "First, let's see what the squirrelly little s#!+ had on him." She said as she aided the monkey-boy in searching the goblin's body.

Izomandakus
"Do you think the entrance to the goblin lair is in the hole there? I think to remember something about it being some kind of ball or head in the cliffs" Izomandakus looks around with Kast trying to find the entrance to the lair "If their lair is also squished, at least Tsuto's allies would suffer the same obstacle"
GM Euan - Rise
The party takes a moment to catch their breath after a hard-won fight through the nettles. The Birdcruncher goblins have little, and really nothing of value. The goblindogs of course had nothing as well. When you search the last goblins decapitated body however, you have some luck. His flaming sword eventually dissipates into nothingness along with his entangle, but other items remain.
Potion Cure Moderate Wounds
Wand of Produce Flame (34 charges)
Wand of Tree Shape (4 charges)
Leather Armor +1 (small)
Cloak of Resistance +1
You then spend some time carefully and surreptitiously searching the various nettled caves. You find you’re in a complex connected to Thistleop by a single rope bridge (which I’ll get to in a moment). The hole in the middle chamber looks down some 80’ to a large body of water under the complex. You can see some dotted lines on the map now, indicating the flow of water below.
There are a few other chambers, but nothing of consequence, and no other survivors. With that in mind, you eventually creep out to the bridge and examine it - careful to avoid possible watchers from the other side! You don’t see any goblins over there, but there are windows in the structure looking out toward the bridge, so if there are watchers you’re sure to be seen.
The rope bridge spans the gulf between the cliff and a roundish, flat-topped island sixty-some feet to the north. Thick patches of nettles and briars grow here and there atop the island, but its most impressive feature is a wooden one-story stockade. Two thirty foot tall watchtowers guard the stockade’s southern facade. The rope bridge itself is made of hairy rope and thick wooden planks; the whole thing creaks and sways in the wind above the churning surf eighty feet below.
It doesn’t look like much fun.
I’ve opened up the map a fair bit for your perusal.
Margareta "Meg" Alekto
Meg's face falls as she sees the entrance that they have waiting for them. "Okay then. It will be like this, I see." She taps her fist against her chin. "Maybe I could make someone invisible--myself or some other brave soul--and they could go over first to make sure nobody pops out to cut the bridge while we are trying to cross? Or some other such nonsense."
Qetsiyah "Kizzy"
Qetsiyah peeks over the bluff's edge and swallowed hard, contemplating crossing the wide expanse by such flimsy means. "Maybe we'd better test if it's strong enough to hold our weight, first? I dunno about you lot, but I'm heavier than your average goblin."

Realizing he used the term 'pig sticker' he turns to the pig, "No offense Pachemu."
now
When they near the bridge, Seamus listens to the different ideas. "I think Meg going across invisible and Izomandakus going across disguised as a goblin are great ideas." Looking at Kizzy. "If they go across at the same time, they should weight as much as you in the armor. If they make it you'll know it will hold your weight." Shrugging, "If the goblins in the fort don't think Izomandakus is one of them, Meg can stick 'em when they come out to talk to him." thinking about it more, "You and Kast could move across next while I cover with the bow, then I could run across."
Margareta "Meg" Alekto
"A proper disguise takes between 10 minutes and half-an-hour. We can certainly try it, but Izo's spell might wear off by then." She fluffs up her hair. "I would happily take care of the details if you are willing to wait."
She'll happily even use a disguise kit use on Izo, if he wants to go that route. Technically, the GM rolls disguise checks in secret so I'm not rolling anything
GM Euan - Rise
Seamus (taking 10 on perception with Kizzy's aid) does indeed find a trap of sorts on the bridge. It's rigged to fall if too many try to cross at once. But there is a safety line, and Seamus can take a moment to fix the bridge to the safety line (i.e. disable device) he can make the bridge safer for crossing.
So far I've got Meg going over invisibly with Izomandakus disguised as a goblin (if his spell lasts long enough). Seamus make a disable device if you want to disable the bridge trap first. He will need to be somewhat exposed, but he won't need to be on the actual bridge, so stealth could work as there's a lot of cover.
Kast Phaer
Kast looks at the bridge, taking his time with it. In his mind, while battles are usually near or to control bridges, the books never much talked about how to judge the sturdiness of them.
"Maybe we just want to burn the bridge down? I mean, do we really think the goblins are going to be able to rebuild it or anything?" Kast asks, but not entirely sold on the concept. "What do you think, Apymandakus?"
When Kast goes across, he'll be in full speed limp, hoping it doesn't crash under his weight.
Margareta "Meg" Alekto
Meg taps the pommel of her rapier, her legs crossed. ”Their friends, including this would-be demoness in charge, seem more than capable of rebuilding a bridge. For all we know, there may be a hidden second entrance or exit. Not to mention boats.” She nods to Seamus. ”Oh Sea, darling, if you need to be a bit exposed, I can make you invisible temporarily.”
Seamus Passeri
ninja'd by Meg, will edit
Nodding approvingly, Seamus encourages Izomandakus. "You should let Meg help you with the make up." Scratching his head, he looks at her, "Weren't you going to show me how to apply eye liner, So my eyes really pop when I'm on stage?" Shaking his head at Kast, "No let's not burn the bridge, it won't help us find out what was really going on at the glass factory."
With Kizzy assistance, Seamus notices a trap of sorts on the bridge. "Hey look under the bridge, it's rigged to fall if too many try and cross at once."
Shaking his head, "That's ok Meg, I think I can sneak out ok. Save being invisible for when we cross. The more people that can be invisible at once the better." Taking off the black floppy wool hat and Drawing out his 'tools' he pulls Kizzy's old cloaks hood up over his head, he carfully crawls out to the bridge staying under the thistles as best as he can, he tries to disable the rope trap.
He Euan, if he can't take 10 (20) on stealth feel free to roll it.

GM Euan - Rise
Seamus sneaks out to the edge of the cliff and gets to work on the bridge. He finishes quickly (success!) and retreats back under cover with the group. He didn't see any movement on the other side, and is fairly certain the bridge won't collapse now.
As certain as he can be without a Knowledge engineering check.
Izomandakus
Pachemu tilts her head looking at Seamus as he talks about her.
"If they built this bridge, they can build another one. It will not hold them there too long I fear Kast" Izomandakus answers while his fur suddenly starts to disappear as the group waits to examine the bridge and disable it. He extends his hands as the grow larger and his fingers longer, and finally exhales with relieve, casting a slight smile.
Once again human, the boy observes the distance to cover then the group "Hmmm... I do not think the goblins will distinguish one human from another. Or... a half-elf from an elf... what if we get Tsuto back to the goblins with a group of reinforcements?" Izomandakus stares at Seamus then at Meg's powder box.
"I can try to pose as the goblin mage" he rubs his knees expecting a lot of problems trying to pose as a the small one.
Kast Phaer
"Not sure I'm here to sneak around," Kast answers Seamus. "I am what I am. And that's no afraid of a few goblins."
When Seamus or Izo declare the bridge safe, and when its his time to boldly cross, he will. He will also hope that the bridge will hold, waiting for no one else to be on the bridge before he goes.
Izomandakus
"Do not worry Kast, I think we only need to create a distraction to gain some time. Ideally to easily gain access into their complex, but just being able to cross the bridge and reach the doors before they raise any alarm might be enough of an advantage" Izomandakus explains while assessing the current setting and the distance to the fortress "At this distance I am pretty confident they will not distinguish one from another, or hear you provided you have somewhere to hide"
Seamus Passeri
'Huh, I knew Meg could make herself invisible but I didn't know she could make others invisible.' Having moved himself back under the bushes to where the others were, Seamus turns to Meg. "Hey Meg. after I've thought about it a little I think it might be fun to be invisible for a bit. Would you turn me invisible so I can run across the bridge?" Pausing for a moment, "About how long will it last.?"
Once Meg turns him invisible, he moves quickly across the bridge keeping a keen eye out then inspects the doors for traps. Realizing he has reappeared, once he's sure the way is clear he waives to the others.
GM Euan - Rise
Seamus moves invisibly across the bridge. Once on the other side, he hears goblin voices above him in tower 2 some thirty feet above.
Taking a look at the stockade reveals it is made of thick and heavy wood. Closer inspection reveals that most of the wood seems to have been scavenged from ships - a few nameplates remain affixed to some of the beams, while other timbers look like they might have once been masts.
The main entry double doors are slightly ajar...
Please remember to move on the map.
Izomandakus
"See Pachemu? This is how an infiltration is done. First experts, then we noisy ones give it a chance" the boy patiently waits at the other side of the bridge.
Once a sign is given, Izomandakus pushes Pachemu forward, who crosses quickly and stealthy the bridge closely followed by her friend.

Izomandakus at least tries to cross over quietly whereupon he opens the doors already ajar. It squeaks.
Perception: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (15) - 1 = 14
"I definitely heard something earlier, but I don’t hear it now.” "Oh shut up. Read 'em and weep! Four stars!" "Damn you, I think you're cheating!"
And finally Kizzy crosses, very much not looking down at the rocks and surf some 80’ below her, trusting rickety goblin construction to keep her from falling.
Perception: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (19) - 1 = 18
"S@$~, that was definitely something. Look! Look! Longshanks! Raise the alarm, raise the alarm!"

You can see into the next chamber. The floor of this room is hard-packed soil, as if the builders either ran out of lumber after building the walls and roof, or as if they simply never thought about building a floor. A number of poorly preserved horse and dog heads are mounted along the eastern wall, while along the southern wall hangs a pair of large black-feathered wings tacked to the wall with daggers. You see one of the daggers seems to have a pearl handle. Doors lead off deeper into the structure.

Seamus moves up to the next set of double doors and swings them open. He sees an open flight of wooden stairs leading to a trap door in the ceiling some 30’ up. He sees a pair of goblins on their way down said stairs (though they’re still at the top when he opens the door). Kizzy moves in ready for anything. Meg follows into the next chamber, but holds off opening another door as goblins are coming from above. Izomandakus readies his crossbow - and gets a shot as a half dozen of the little blighter come tumbling out of the hall. While he misses, Pachemu wounds the first inbound. Kast kills one on its way in, and gets an AoO on another as they close (blue, brown, or purple).
But close is all they do as they apparently came from far enough off that they needed to double move to reach you. In their pushing and shoving to close up, Pachemu gets an AoO on purple as he's shoved past the pig.
The bell continues to peal in the tower, though it trails off a bit as the goblin ringing it apparently stops - presumably they’re also on the way!
Facing Seamus are a pair of toughs, fighting each other to get to you. They scramble down the stairs in quick time, pulling at each other and striving to be first. They just reach the floor (30’ up, but they’re doing stairs all around the structure) and ready their weapons (horsechoppers!) as the round comes to a close.
You hear some goblindogs, er, barking in their squeaky way, just to your north

GM Euan - Rise
Seamus’ blows, so deadly against normal goblins, comes up against chain armor and doesn’t pierce the little scalawag. Kizzy too misses, though she’s better positioned to aid her allies. Meg feints, but cannot follow through as the little man’s armor blocks her blade. Izomandakus has better luck clobbering orange with his quarterstaff and dropping it, though Pachemu fails to land a blow - or an aid! Kast rounds off the round with a miss of his own as he repositions to keep the Quill in action.
Well, at least the bell stopped tolling, and no new goblins descend as yet. But the ones there, do press their attacks! They frenzy on Pachemu, for after all - who doesn’t like bacon?
blue on Pachemu: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15 damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4
pink on Pachemu: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21 damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3
green on Pachemu: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17 damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4
purple on Pachemu: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11 damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2
Amazingly, luck is on their side and they pile on three massive (for them) hits.
The pair to the west synchronize their actions defensively and form a line of their own, though not the one they had planned and practiced. Things never work out in reality!
blue on Seamus: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24 damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
red on Meg: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19 damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
While Seamus is hit, Meg is spared at the last moment by a swift stroke from Kizzy.

Seamus Passeri
Slashing at the goblin, at the same time the goblin is attacking him. Seamus feels the cut on his leg as he scrapes his long knife along the retreating goblins armor. Huffing, "The little buggers are wearing armor." He follows the retreating goblin. "I'll be out of the way in a moment." and stabs at it with both long knives, first the left and then the right.
