Izomandakus tries to quickly finish the red goblin and make room. First the charau-ka strikes with his staff then attempts to bite.

Whether he drops the goblin or not, he profits his own easier maneuverability to move through the northern tunnel to engage the cat from a different position, giving Seamus some physical support.

Meanwhile Pachemu moves forward Izomandakus probably took the goblin AoO and aggressively tries to deal with it with its powerful pig jaws.

Meg waits to see how her comrades move around her before jumping into action herself. She pushes through the thorns and briars past Kizzy to take advantage of the big cat’s divided attention. She focuses intently on making sure that it feels her next hit.

Seeing the fireball arching towards him, Seamus is only able to widen his eyes and unsuccessfully try to duck, as the flames burst on his new chain shirt scorching neck and face. "Aaarrgggghhhhh." Screaming as the wildcat claws his right hip, Seamus realizes his friends have started to concentrate on the largest threat, the cat that is tearing him to shreds. Bleeding worse, Seamus, encouraged by the presence of his friends, attacks the cat again, first with a slash from the right and a low thrust from the left, but both attacks miss.

Kizzy gets a nice chunk of firepelt before moving up (provoking from the red goblin I think). Izomandakus connects with his bite, though not dropping red. Pachemu too moves up, though the war pig just manages a miss. Seamus swings for all he’s worth, knowing his opponents are fighting unusually intelligently for goblins. Unfortunately the blood in his eyes cause him to miss. Kast takes a swipe at the cat, though cover to be sure, but a hit nonetheless! Meg delays, before landing a lucky blow, felling the great cat before it can do more harm!

The goblins swarm forward into the gaps left by the others. Red, purple, and orange all swat at poor Kast, though he gets an AoO on orange as he closes.

Izomandakus looks in surprise as the briars around start to entangle him around. Sure, a true Hero of Sandpoint cannot be left behind like that for simple weeds. Convinced of this, the charau-ka slides out of the reach of the plants and moves with difficulty until he is free of the moving weeds.

Sniffing the air Izomandakus growls and rushes through the briar tunnel behind the goblin caster "AAAAAARRRGGGGGH!" disappearing from sight.

Unwilling to leave her simian friend alone, Pachemu retreats from combat, sliding through the weeds northwest to avoid both goblins, then getting out of the entangle until she reaches Izomandakus to make sure he does not do anything stupid "Oink oink!"

Seeing the wild cat fall, Seamus breaths a sigh of relief, while keeping from falling himself. As he sees Meg and Izomandakus chase after the fat goblin, he calls out, "well struck Meg!" Turning to the other goblins, "We'll clean up here." Painfully moving through the new grown thorns, Seamus approaches the nearest red goblin and thrusts his long knife at the things head.

Caught up by the entwining brambles, Qetsiyah knew she would be nearly useless so confined, so she merely swung toward the goblin Seamus looked ready to skewer to distract him from the coming attack.

Kizzy aids Seamus next attack successfully, though she herself can’t easily move. Izomandakus and Pachemu charge after the fleeing goblin. They note he goes through the hedge like it wasn’t there. Magical! Seamus, with aid, slashes the red goblin, cutting him down as his blood pours into the dirt. Kast mows down orange with the AoO, then follows it up with a miss. I’m sure it would have hit had it been the Quill. Meg double moves as she drags herself free of the thorns!

The purple goblin - abandoned by his leader… all his mates bleeding out in the dirt beside him… screams at the top of his lungs and tries to take it out on Kast!

Izomandakus, and soon Meg, see into the next chamber. One advantage - the ceilings are higher so no squeezing so long as you’re fully in the chamber. So where Izomandakus is now is still tunneled, but he could 5’ step out into the room from where he is.

Three thistle tunnels open into a large cavelike chamber. Above, the thorny canopy grows thin enough that tiny slivers of the sky above can be seen, while below, the ground consists of trampled dirt. To the west, the distant sound of sloshing waves echoes up from a hole.

Still wielding a flaming blade the goblin scurries, partially through the shrubbery and partially not, to another chamber somewhere up ahead. You hear the shrill squeak of rats, but in a much deeper register. Rodents of unusual size! One of the beasts comes around the corner - ugh! This mangy canine’s face has the same nose, beady eyes, and protruding teeth as a rat grown grotesquely large. It manages to scratch an itch as it approaches and a chunk of fur comes free. It looks sickly and half starved.

It closes with Izomandakus and tries to bite him!

Meg sees the opportunity get out of the vile thorns and brambles and dashes for it. She vaults over Charau-Izo and twirls past the big mean rodent of unusual size. She grins as she is finally free to move as she will, her eyes on her new target.

Izomandakus suddenly halts in his advance as another goblin dog appears into the scene. He thanks his simian size and dexterity when the dog bites too high and misses. The charau-ka shouts in goblin excited as the caster runs away "HU HU HU! Khiav qau! Koj pawg neeg yuav sai them rau qhov koj tau ua!"

Goblin:
"Run run coward! Your tribe will soon pay for what you have done!"

Seeing Meg tumbling to gain the golin's back, Izomandakus is emboldened and steps forward trying to drop the dog with his staff without paying much attention to the waves sounds in the briar chamber.

Moving slowly toward the last Goblin, Seamus nods his head towards the west, "We need to catch up with them as quickly as possible. Should we deal with the goblin hiding below? The way these things look, I shouldn't leave my pack down there with him, He will eat everything." As he talks, Seamus stabs at the last standing purple goblin.

Still tangled up, Qetsiyah did her best to set Seamus up again in hopes that he will drop the little blighter. "Kast, 'Mus looks like he could really use a Hamberder right about now."

Kizzy lines up another aid for Seamus. Izomandakus steps up but can’t land a blow, or a bite, though that seems… unpleasant. Pachemu connects (disease save DC 12 please) and takes a chunk out of the mangy animal. Seamus moves over and clocks the remaining goblin, dropping him into the dirt. Kast picks up his iron quill, and is free to move if he wishes. Meg dives into position, thankful to be able to stand upright in the cave like space. She then evil-eyes the poor goblindog.

You can’t see the goblin, but it’s clear he’s releasing these goblingdogs/rats upon you! Another comes ranging around the corner and into Meg!

Meg pulls back in shock at the bravery of the little pig fighting to protect her from the much larger goblin god. "Pachemu, I could kiss you, you brilliant little piggy." She moves as if about to do so, befor suddenly sidesteps into a flank with Charau-Izo and stabbing the goblin dog hard in the back.

Turning he attempts to walk over to where he dropped his, bow, one leg stuck in the brambles then the other. He waives his hand at his friends, "Don't wait for me, I'll catch up." Cutting some of the vines, he stumbles towards his bow.

Kizzy heroically moves toward the sounds of ongoing battle, and successfully remains free of the entangle! Izomandakus smacks the blue goblin dog, wounding it while Pachemu hits the red one for a touch (another DC 12 Fort (disease) please). Seamus briefly get stuck (-1hp damage) before picking up his bow, readying to join the others. Kast also manages to struggle through the thorny mess (you also took 1hp from the thorns due to the failed save). Meg, though she looses her flank, feints the dog-rat one way, and comes down blisteringly fast from the other side, nearly chopping the creature in two as it drops.

You hear the goblin freeing the last of the goblindogs with a cheer as two more come pounding down, though they’re bottlenecked for now.

Meg moves up and smacks (crit!) the next dog-rat around, dropping it to the ground in a heap.

The remaining goblin charges up on Meg, hoping to join the dog-rats in their fun! As he closes and casts a spell, he realizes they’re all done - already! You see the panic in his eyes as he gets ready to bolt. But first, he tries to reach poor Pachemu with his infiltrating spell!

'So this is where the little bugger go off to.' Moving out of the bramble tunnels, Seamus steps into a more open area. Looking past Kast and Kizzy, he sees the fire goblin fighting with Meg and the altered Izomandakus. 'Still not sure how that happened, some kind of magic I suppose.' Being careful not to hit his friends, he aims an arrow and fires at the goblin. HIs arm unsteady from the burns shakes and he puts the arrow through the thistles into the sky above.

Izomandakus starts to break out in a red and nasty rash all around his mouth where he bit the dog-rat. It effects him deeply (-2 cha, -2 dex) and itches like mad as it spreads from there to his hands, and where ever else he seems to touch.

Kizzy swings away, but the thorns get in the way as she moves forward. Seamus takes a shot through cover, but can’t quite land the arrow as it skitters off some bramble. Kast swings two handed, but has more force than accuracy and also misses. Meg tumbles into flank, but also cannot land a blow. Izomandakus, delays and also flails about - unable to land a blow.

Kizzy swings and misses, the close space getting in the way of her weapon as she moves to a square with more breathing room. Seamus just misses with his bow, all the people getting in the way of his shot. Kast too misses as his quill seems too large for the small space. While Meg doesn’t critical, she does land a telling blow on the small goblin who winces in real pain at the shot. Izomandakus, clearly troubled by the rash, can’t manage to land a blow though he’d had earlier success.

The goblin spits up a wad of blood, probably a broken rib or two puncturing things that are best left whole. He shakes his head, and retreats into the shrubbery as if it wasn’t there for him!
