Say'ri and Ammon converge on both sides of the construct, the gunslinger smashing its hands into fragments as Ammon hammers a pistol through its head. The construct stops moving - nothing more than a broken statue now.

Its quarterstaff remains magical, even as the remaining magic flees its broken shell. +1 quarterstaff There are double stone doors, carved with the symbol of Nethys, leading east and west out of the room.

He shrugs at Jazadi's question. "I could always carry it around to smack something you need a magical weapon for, if no one has a better use. But I'd use it as a backup weapon only," He offers.

Two columns carved to resemble men with their arms crossed over their chests, holding a khopesh in one hand and an ankh in the other, support the ceiling of this long chamber. Deep alcoves in the walls form burial chambers, some of which are sealed with stone doors. Other sepulchres just have sarcophagi tucked inside, while a few appear empty. To the north and south, wide passages exit the room through the east wall, each leading to stone double doors.

DC 15 Religion:
Examining a few of the texts in the library as well as seeing this fairly empty sanctum, it is easy to put two facts together. The priests of the Sanctum of the Erudite Eye were well versed in the matters of their faith, and believed that mortal trinkets were not required for the soul to join Nethys in the afterlife.

Three open sepulchre's contain sarcophagi. There are three behind sealed stone doors which are so sturdy that they would need to be broken open.

With careful study, a secret door in the wall of the northwest alcove can be found. It contains a small, unlocked chest that holds a few riches, consisting of apprentice’s cheating gloves, a potion of bull’s strength, two potions of cure moderate wounds, 330 gp, and a pouch containing six rubies worth 25 gp each.

Each sarcophagus contains the mummy of a former high priest of the Sanctum, each of which wears a gold funerary mask worth 100 gp. The rest of the priests’ grave goods consist of their canopic jars, small personal items, and wooden holy symbols of no great value.

A stone altar flanked by two bronze urns sits against the north wall of this chamber. To the south, three rows of stone pews face the altar. A lacquered wooden cabinet is bolted to the western wall at head level, and a long stone table runs parallel to the east wall. Stone double doors exit the room to the east and west.

Standing in the centre of the room is a tall, surprisingly well-dressed skeleton holding a spear. As you enter, he turns towards you and his strangely hollow voice echoes out in Ancient Osiriani.

As he walks up to it, he drops his falcata - again - and draws his warhammer. "Remember guys, blunt weapons work best on most skeletons. And something tells me cold attacks won't work either! Just trust me, and don't ask me how I know!"

Dhakira winks at Uthe, grinning "I hope it's a good tickle" and she smiles at Say'ri, satisfied to see colors come back to her cheeks. She also nods to Jamie, feeling the extra healing power from the séance.

She follows the group, knowing that their laughing in the face of death means she< doing her job.

She doesn't understand a word he says, but observe to see if he's different from others skeleton, especially if, like other undead, it carries a disease or a curse.
