(#1-03) "Escaping the Grave" (Inactive)

Greetings,
As the title, this is a recruitment thread for 5 players of levels 1st through 4th to play the 2nd Edition Pathfinder Society Scenario #1-03 "Escaping the Grave" taking place near Caliphas in Ustalav, organized by the "Gameday IX" Online Convention.

Application
Half GM Selection, half Lottery: I will Select a Quorum of (3) players, and open the other (2) to Lottery. You can peruse my own Aliases, whether running a game (DM / GM / QM aliases), or playing a game (Organized Play Characters), to get a glimpse of the kind of game I like to run. I picked this scenario because I had fun playing it twice! (The second time for "no credit", if you are curious - it is not repeatable).

Expectations
Slightly faster than Standard, posting an average of more than once per day. I find that I prefer keeping "pace" in play-by-post somewhat brisk. Also, I will be using Google Drive to share Handouts and Maps, so you will need access to that to participate.

About Me
I am a longtime home DM who just a year ago got swept into 2nd Edition, Society play, and Play-by-Post. This gives me a lot of empathy for Newcomers here! That said, though I am technically a One Glyph GM (waiting for my AcP to ketchup), I am still newish to Play-by-Post, and "Distance Gaming" in general.

Tips?
I'd like to incorporate your pre- and post- feedback into my game. So, if you can think of one tip to give me, that you think might improve the flow of the game, please share that in your post, and I will do my best to incorporate it. Too, I may ask you to complete a feedback survey at the end of our time (6 weeks?), as a courtesy to running.

I don't think I can officially apply until August 12th, but I am definitely interested! I will come back on the 12th with a character ready to submit.

I would like to apply with this character. I plan to rework her backstory and probably change some of her spells, but everything else should be good! I will post when I have her updated.

I would like to sign up Darg, a human Ulfen, Gladiator Fighter, who joined the Pathfinders to see the world and overcome challenges.

Should be Level 2 when the game starts.

I would like to apply with Rufous Redfire.

Rufous is a 1st-level divine sorcerer, worshipper of Sarenrae, hailing from Qadira, and specializing in healing people and destroying undead.

He also likes to sing songs.

Brayka is a first level Champion Liberator of Cayden Cailean. The goblin does his best to tie up the foes with “sword” and board while his team pours on the fire. This former slave gladiator from Geb has a lot of heart and a sometimes unconventional approach. He does his best to have a good time because (as discovered is his first adventure) life can provide some very narrow scrapes. If selected for adventure, he can probably be found on the Pathfinder lodge Swords training grounds, instructing others (no guarantees, he has a long way back to Absalom from the previous adventure.)

As we get closer to the start date, I would ask that you all make your Character Profiles "GM friendly" - examples included amongst my own Society Characters - so that we are ready to go. If anyone needs assistance with that, don't hesitate to PM me. (I will PM you close to the date in either case).

Hello, I am not sure how to make my profile GM friendly. Also, I normally play on the Roll for Combat discord site, where will our room be set up at?

I'm going to ask you to make the following clicks:

1 > "GM rainzax"
2 > "Aliases"
3 > Choose one of my "Organized Play Characters"

This should take you to their Profile.

On the left side of the Profile are three crowded entries:

1) "Race"
2) "Classes/Levels"
3) "Gender"

Instead of putting the Race/Class/Gender in these boxes, you should see a series of information like hit points, saving throws, perception, hero points, conditions, speed, exploration modes, followed by race/class/gender at the end.

These are the informations that will be visible when we open the Gameplay thread in less than a week. This information visibly displayed for me will greatly assist my ability to run the game, which is why I have asked that you familiarize yourself with it.

Think I got it, let me know if there are other things you want added. How did you get equipment and stuff added to your profile, i have very little to add in the form I have?

All the stuff you filled in today should be on the left side.
But there is also a little word box below, where you could list your characters Senses, Defense, Offense, Equipment, and anything else you like.
I do everything by hand myself - no "form" - if that's what you mean.

One Request: Add Darg's "default" Exploration Activity.
