The City of Celwynvian, or what is left of it at current day, was the capital of the ancient elves in the Varisian region.
"My people prevailed, but a small contingent seems to have ended up here, occupying the tower. Moreover, their leader, a female, said they are prepared to abscond into the Darklands, with some of the ancient elven artifacts from this tower, long thought lost to us."
He grits his teeth at the thought.
"It would be blasphemy, and disastrous, if the logs and texts of those who upheld the tower, were to disappear into the hands of the fallen. Architects, druids, arcanists, their rediscovered knowledge and customs must not be lost to us again."
It takes little to notice, that Caldion takes greater offense at cultural theft, than his own capture.

Caldion had straightened himself out as far as could be, situation allowing it. He had not departed, instead opting to keep watch for the time being at floor B.
Once everyone had prepared themselves, the pathfinders further went to the next area, B4.
Wooden bookshelves line nearly every inch of the walls in this circular room, creating an octagonal library stocked with bound volumes of all sizes.
Despite the slightly damp conditions elsewhere in the basement, the air in this room is dry, and the shelves and books are all in unbelievably good condition.
A small passage in the north end of the room opens into a larger room beyond, and an excavated tunnel descends sharply to the south.

Once the agents were done inspecting, they descend further into the caverns below the tower.

After a few minutes, you come upon small clearing in the tunnels.
The tunnels open into a small natural cave that hosts a colorful riot of fungi.
A narrow path winds from north to south between mushrooms four feet tall with violet caps as large as shields. A jagged opening in the rocky southern wall reveals a tunnel that leads down into pitch blackness.
It is dark, so Umberto will have to be provided for.
Brallenera and SHining Knight are first to notice one (green is out of sight, due to fungal growth.) fungus looking creature. For some reason, they do not seem too friendly, and they appear to make for the party!
