@ Umberto,
While i am puzzled how plants (as far as non humanoid go) are supposed to have eyes to see, suchs as leshys and shambling mounds, stat blocks say they have vision. (somehow??) So yes, you must have hit some sensory nerves with that tankard.
Noke's acid trip: 1d6 ⇒ 6, and poor Noke sees herself melting, oh the horror of it.

Out of the four fastest among the agents, only Brallenera perseveres through the spores, as the others suffer very unpleasant visions.

Unfazed by the spore, Brallenera makes both short work and small wood of the walking tree, her axe, fuelled by her enraged state, being quite deadly.

And so the second plant falls under the pathfinders' teamwork, leaving things quiet. As far as quiet can be, as everyone still suffers a nasty hallucination or two, before coming back to their senses.

Awww, should we check the other towers, if everyone is ready? Heal your wounds before, if you must. Get out of the tower if you want to cast a spell, just in case you couldn't inside. No need to waste precious healing magic. I do have a spare magical healing wand, if someone needs it.

A riot of colorful fungal blooms striped and spotted in bold red, yellow, blue, and purple cover the uneven floor of this round chamber. Several chunks of dimly glowing orange and purple crystal peek through the carpet of mold and puffballs.
The lumpy floor is littered with the remains of several horses and people.
All bodies are missing their eyes.

Doing a Perception check on the door to A4. If there are no traps, he'll open the door.

Well the picture did feature some orcs trying to read something about a spell prepared that morning.
But no worry, it seems half the post got lost. Something about an alternate timeline. ^^
If examining fungus in area A3 before advancing....
The fungus are a poisonous sort.
High Kn Nature or moderate Craft Alchemy check, if you wish to know more.
When everyone heals up as far as they like, The Shining Knight inspected the old door to area A4. He doesn't see anything wrong with it, and carefully opens it.
This wide circular room is relatively clean and clear of debris.
Faintly glowing runes embossed into a crescent-shaped pedestal near the center of the room cast wild shadows against the walls.
A heap of dirt and rubble along the west wall covers what were once stairs leading up, while to the north, a wide staircase descends into darkness. A stylized map woven of metallic fabric hangs on the east wall.
The pedestal is facing away from the entrance, towards NW.
The map looks like northern Varisia.
This map was not made recent, by looks of it. Actually, it shows the land as it appeared during the height of the Thassilonian empire over lO,ooo years ago.
There have been some alterations. You notice the addition of more recent settlements, with names, in charcoal. Abbrevated in undercommon.
