It makes sense that Professor would have been in position ahead of time. The rock crusher prevents the enemy from hearing him; invisibility prevents them from seeing him. The difficult, sweaty work and rock dust prevents them from smelling him.

Above crusher creatures: oblivious, for now
Under crusher creatures: yellow dead, ogre releases harness clamps, surviving carapmaces remove harnesses
__________________________________________________

As the Pathfinder move in almost-choreographed unison, they swiftly bring down one of the carapmaces.

The ogre screams, but his voice is drowned out by the cacophony of the rock crusher. He moves over to a switch which releases the safety catches of the harnesses that the carapmaces use to turn the shaft.

The carapmaces spend their turn removing (disrobing) their harnesses. (They can now move freely about the area instead of being limited to near the shaft.)

Continuing in "blender mode," Theodric's first attack critically severs the ogre mutant's femoral artery--spilling gallons of blood on the floor. His second and third attacks similarly slice and dice a second mutant. His final two attacks would only have grievously wounded the third creature; but, combined with injuries inflicted by the Professor, they're enough to slay it. The vital fluids now covering the floor are of a sufficient volume, that everyone's socks are beginning to stain red. (Except Obo, who's flying.)

By virtue of sheer stubbornness, the creature avoids being entombed, though it now has an ice rimmed features.

The foolish ogre, confounded by Fandral's movement, tries to take an AoO.

AoO: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (8) + 17 = 25

This proves to be its downfall as the swashbuckler takes it down with a critical riposte.
