Esha
|
Nature: 1d20 ⇒ 11
Esha scrunches up her face in response to Calvus' question. "Maybe? I can try!
Esha draws her battle-axe and cautiously, quietly follows along behind Steetch. A few steps in, she turns and grins at Calvus' and Elo, thrilled with how quiet she is. Then she turns back and continues after Steetch, being careful to avoid the plants.
Stealth: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
She'll take the same path he's taking. That seems to be the quiet one.
| Elo Zozakzod |
Elo chuckles and stays put. Hehe. That I can do.
He watches to see how the coming interaction turns out, planting his staff in the ground and front of him.

As Steetch and Esha move off into the showows of the tree line, they disapear from sight. A moment later one of the three buches in the clearing shudders, then twitches, then begins to slowly move towards the trees. Another soon follows suit.
Ok, Init please! Steetch and Esha you got one full stealthy move in, please give me co-ordinatesd on the map for where you start combat. I'm assuming you will both roll stealth for init, but you can use perception if you like.

Calvus gets very intense and starts whispering prayers to Desna. Out of the ground next to him bursts a decomposed hand with long claw-like nails. Initially it seems as if a dead body is digging itself out but it turns out to be a disembodied hand, its digits used as legs!
Calvus casts animate dead (3 actions) to summon a Crawling Hand.

Oh!...ummm...those bushes are moving! What do we do?! Esha looks back to Calvus for guidance and sees that he's murmuring something. She's not used to making decisions without his guidance!
She moves up to the bush cautiously and looks at it carefully to see if it's hiding a person or some other kind of creature. Hello? Mrs. Bush? Unsure of how to proceed, she readies herself to attack if the bush seems threatening or if Calvus instructs her hit it.
A-Stride, AA-Ready an attack. She moves to K16.
Attack (if triggered): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9 Damage: 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Can she roll a perception check on the bush or does that count as an action? It didn't seem to fit under Seek, so I'm not sure how to handle it. I'm still pretty unfamiliar with 2E.

I absolutely wasn't expecting necromancy. Nice. Esha, I'll take the heropoint discussion to the discussion thread.

1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 141d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Esha stands ready to attack.
One of the bushes moves off towards Steetch and attacks him with it's tendrils, but fails to land a strike. A second spinds around, it's tendrils flying in a wide arc, but luckly only comes near Esha. It too fails to land a damaging hit.
The third one doesn't seem to react to your presense yet.
