OOC: Given that you are playing this scene very well and sacrificing mechanical bonuses to make the story come alive, I am inclined to let you 'catch your breath' (i.e., bandage your wounds, etc.) for 5 minutes of 'game time' and let you have the mechanical advantages of a short rest (spend healing hit dice).
In lieu of this, please reconsider your use of resources and let me know of any changes.

Yay! In that case, let Damon spend HD instead of using the Greater Healing Potion:
21/36 hp:
Spend Hit Die: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Spend Hit Die: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
34/36 hp, 2 HD used.
Damon will spend his 5 minutes resting, bandaging, and making sure the crusaders corpses are lined up and in a restful pose (hands folded on chest holding swords, etc.).

Stella Destino |

Stella will help anyone with their preparations/ cleansings before reactivating her Starry Form (Chalice healing form again) when they're all ready to move forward.

Hallvarðr Stormbrow |

Hallvardr takes a moment to take care of his wounds before guarding the party while they prepare.
He hums a battle ballad of his people to inspire them.
1d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
SoR 1d6 ⇒ 1 using hit dice gets you a bonus hit point

Stella felt a slight wave of fatigue as her Starry Form faded, her skin losing the luminescence it once had. Only a little more... hopefully Stella thought to herself as she followed the others up the stairway to the top level. When she noticed Damon and Kokam stop up ahead, she wondered what the issue was before hearing the horn blast signaling that they were spotted...again. Pushing past the others till she had a shot on the minotaur, she fired off a bolt of radiant energy at it before she could even register what it was; striking it solidly in the chest as she steeled herself for the group's final charge to the Wardstone.
Guiding Bolt: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
Guiding Bolt Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 5, 6) = 20 And the next attack against it has advantage
Action: Guiding Bolt (Using last charge from Star Map)
Movement: Moving as far up the stairs/ landing as needed to get a shot off at the Minotaur (which I think she has just enough movement to do)

Her leaping strike buried the point of her spear deep in the minotaur's side. Landing beside the towering monster, a strong kick threatened to explode it's knee!
Kokam then settled back, waiting for the demonic minotaur's attack...

Since that's the case, Kokam can save their inspiration (or use it now for their 2nd attack) since her first strike would've been with advantage

"Kokam! No!!!" exclaimed Damon, charging forward with his glowing sword drawn, slashing at the monstrous minotaur's neck with Radiance!

Wow that's some crazy damage! I think the Minotaur is the current campaign record holder for most damage in one round
Seeing the creature viciously cutdown Kokam, Stella instinctually reactivated her Starry Form causing a bright yellow-white radiance to pulse off of her. "Leave her Alone!" Stella called out as she fired off blast of cold energy at the raging bull.
Action: Frostbite- DC14 CON Save or it takes 1d6 ⇒ 1 Cold Damage & has disadvantage on it's next weapon attack.

Gritting his teeth and moving to the northeast to flank the deadly beast, Damon stabbed at the demon minotaur's back with Radiance, turning the blade flat to slide between the monster's ribs and aiming for a vital organ or two.

A moment of panic hit Stella as she watched a second comrade be felled easily by the fiendish creature. Reaching out to the two wounded, she sent divine healing their way as she wondered how they were going to make it past this powerful foe.

Kokam Kawlo |

Though she'd been ready for the Minotaur's attack, Kokam had not been ready for it's unnatural speed, her spear a fraction of a second too late rising to deflect it. The pain was a blinding white light as it felt like the axe had split her in twain.
The darkness that descended on her was suddenly broken by the smell of metal and blood, she could hear a horn sound in the distance....and her eyes fluttered open and she stood seeing her friend besieging the Minotaur from all sides.
She winced without realizing as Hallvardr was struck to the ground, then her brow furrowed and she leapt at the monster...

...vaulting off of its knee, she sprung up towards its head , jamming her spear deep into it's neck. Her momentum carried her up and over one shoulder, allowing her to lash out with a vicious kick to the back of it's head. With the force of her kick, Kokam somersaulted backward to land behind the minotaur...a look of wonder on her face that she managed to do what she just did!

Looking down at the slain beast, Damon reflected for an instant on how much they have progressed in the past week to be able to defeat such a powerful blow. Shaking himself free of his reverie, Damon looked to the tactical situation.
"That horn has given us away; we must hurry," said Damon. He suggested, "Roscoe, can you unlock the door while the injured drink the healing potions?" The young paladin stepped over the dead minotaur to cover the halfling in case someone on the other side of the locked door decided to come bursting through in response to the horn blast.

Cure Wounds (Hal): 2d8 + 4 ⇒ (8, 8) + 4 = 20

Stella rushed forward to Hallvarðr's and Kokam's side as soon as the beast hit the floor. "Are you two alright?!? She asked like a slightly frantic dotting mother as she placed her hands on each of them, giving both the last of her healing magics. Feeling exhausted yet sensing that their goal was close at hand, Stella prayed to Desna for strength; feeling the energies inside of her shift and her aura change from a radiant yellow to an almost violent violet. First double checking that the Wardstone destroyer was in fact still in tact, she light touched each of her comrades on the shoulders before saying, "A little luck from Desna, for whatever's next." She then paused for a moment before adding, "Whenever we find the Wardstone, should I try and destroy it immediately?"
Gave Damon, Hal & Kokam Bless (Free Trait Spell) & Roscoe Guidance
Mechanically I deactivated then reactivated Stella's Starry Form (to the Archer Form) but since we're not in combat, I took some creative liberties. Also let me know if I did too many actions in one post. I thought it would be alright since we're gearing up for the next room and we're out of initiative but I can scale back if needed.

Kokam Kawlo |

When the first of Stella's healing magic swept over Kokam, all she could smell was the scent of wildflowers. Then Stella ran over an touched her, healing her some more. "I am all...all...all....ACHOOO!" she sneezed violently, her nose filled with the smells of a beautiful forest meadow. Shaking her head, she smiled at her friend, "I am better, thank you Stella."
Kokam nodded, "Yes, when we have the chance we should destroy the Wardstone!"
She then moved to assist Damon in looking after Roscoe...

Hallvarðr Stormbrow |

Slightly stunned but feeling better almost immediately after the tingling wave of calming energy fluttered over his body, Hal nodded in gratitude and rose...
It's all or nothing past that door... it had to be. They had so little left...

Damon sheathed his sword and grabbed the minotaur's battleaxe, wedging it in the door. "Kokam--let's work together and get this door open!" he said, coordinating with the monk to lever the door open with the axe.

He wouldn't mean anything to this abyssal cultist, just a minor rung on the ladder to her attempted perversion of the Wardstone. But to Damon, he was a friend, a brother in arms, with all the potential the young paladin himself had. Now, all gone.
Striding ahead (one square to the east, one square to the northeast so he stands at the north of the cultist), Damon said to Stella, "Slide north of me and I will try to cover you."
Getting into place, Damon struck hard at the neck of the cultist, his blade guided by Roscoe's blessing and empowered by his own faith in Iomedae. As he attacked, he said two words softly, "For Devin."

Roscoe lets out a whistle, "Ahhh have you considered some beauty cream . . . I hear they are working miracles with salves. Me all I got is a burning cup of sacred wrath." The halfling called down sacred fire.

Kokam Kawlo |

Kokam took a deep breath at seeing their objective before them, then let it out slowly at the sight of the cultist before them. Shaking her head as she strode forward, for she could see that the half-elf had indeed been quite beautiful. but her chosen path had marred that gift.
Mirroring Damon, Kokam took up station opposite her friend and sought to end the encounter quickly.

The distraction of Damon's strike allowed Kokam almost free reign, her spear and lightning quick kick's striking the cultist solidly each time.

Stella Destino |

@Fabian, is it a straight d20 roll to attempt to reach the Wardstone? Or is there a modifier/ proficiency bonus I should add/ subtract to that as well.
