Yeah I got none of those.
Fort: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23 Crud. There goes my "hit" roll. Ah well.
Taking a couple of nasty shots by the commander, Batu tries to repay him in full. Raising a hand up high to call the earth to him, he forms a fist and throws it down hammer-like, the stone responding in kind toward the commander.
Attack Commander

Moving like this was giving the creature a free shot at him, but the alternative was getting pinned in place. He did what he could to avoid that spear, though.
Hopefully, it would not hurt too much.

AoO vs Rao: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Rao braces for a spear in his gut, but the kobold is a bit too slow and stabs the wall instead.
Both Kylan and Batu land nasty blows on their targets, but both kobolds shake them off, though the mook is looking quite battered.
Yellow kobold stands up and stabs at Batu, while teal kobold steps forward to engage Oryn. Blue kobold flips his spear around and tries to club Kimi.

The commander swings again at Batu.

Kimi’s blow is enough to stagger the kobold, but not bring him down. Yellow kobold is dazed.

Batu continues to attempt to trade punches with the commander.

Kylan raised a hand and caused currents of aether to loft a polished phostwood deluxe kobold memorial dragonchess board into the air and fling itself at mister Blue.
telekinetic blast: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15 for a possible 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 kinetic damage.

Checkmate on dark blue.
Marioc’s beam of frost also slams into its target, but the elite kobold is still on his feet. Though he eyes the shaft behind him as if considering escape, he sets his gaze firmly on you, plainly ready to do his duty to the death, and take as many of you with him as he can.
Oryn and Rao left to go.
Rao Redflame
Rao skidded to a stop and then caught his breath, the sounds of the battle distinct as he mustered the resolve to gather the fire once more, the spray of fire petals somewhat limited by the intervening terrain.

Attack: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20

Teal kobold states at the blood on his spear and giggles.

They both need healing, but it brings them both around. They fall all over themselves thanking Kylan for saving them, referring to him now as the Great Lord Life-Giver. The two of them then move off discussing how if Kylan has given them life, does that mean that he’s now their mother...
For anybody who doesn’t read Order of the Stick, DING means level up. Welcome to level 3. Felt like you earned it after those two big battles.
Nazard
In the room the kobolds were defending, there is a shaft leading down, a pair of doors on the left (barred from this side like the ones in the outer room), and a rough-hewn tunnel off to the right filled with smoke. Indecision hits your for a moment until you hear the sound of someone coughing down the rough-hewn tunnel--someone with the high-pitched cough of a child. I'm going to assume you go that way.
You make your way into the smoke-filled tunnel. The acrid smoke burns your nostrils and lungs if you breathe it in. It also limits sight to within 5-feeet, so you're slowly feeling your way along. Do you allow the children and kobolds to come along?
You have three choices here:
Option 1: hold your breath completely with your nose covered, which means no talking, drinking potions, etc. while you're in the tunnel. If you have to exert yourself (combat), you'll take 1d3 non-lethal damage each round (DC 13 Fort save negates). You'll only be able to use this option for a number of rounds equal to your Con score.
Option 2: act normally and attempt a DC 13 Fort save each round or take 1d6 non-lethal damage.
Option 3: Slither along on your belly, reducing your movement rate to 5 for a full round action, but be unaffected by the smoke.
At the table, I'd do this round by round, but in PBP that will be insanely tedious. It will take you 4 rounds (using options 1 or 2, 12 rounds with option 3) to completely move through the tunnel into the final room where the DC and options will be the same, except the smoke is slightly thinner, meaning you can see 10 feet and the damages are only 1d2 and 1d4 respectfully. Decide which options you would prefer to be your default (I'm assuming not option 3 to begin) and I'll move things along to the final confrontation...of this level.
Nazard
Making your way through the smoke-filled tunnel is slow going, but eventually the space opens up into a larger room. Here, the ceiling is higher and the smoke thinner. A loud crackling sound fills the room. The smoke that pours from it is blistering hot and lit with a strange orange light. A massive forge responsible for the hellish atmosphere
takes up the entire far wall of the cavern. Between the forge and the entrance stands a massive anvil, and nearby rest hammers, prongs, and other blacksmithing tools. A faint whimpering sound is almost lost in the roar that comes from the forge.
To your left, a wolf-like creature, albeit one wreathed in flames, raises its hackles as you enter. It's master, appearing at first to be a dwarf, though one wrapped almost completely in chains and also covered in fire that doesn't seem to burn its flesh, stands by the anvil, hammering away at a massive length of chain. With each blow, however, does not come the sound of clanking metal, but the sobbing, wailing sorrow of the souls of the damned. As the undead monstrosity raises its hammer, the faint flicker of light from a ruby ring catches your eye.

Rao Redflame
Rao was wearing a flat look as he tried not to breathe in the smoke that took up almost the whole tunnel. Two creatures that were known for fire would undoubtedly be perhaps vaguely annoyed by what he could do, but that did not mean he would not try. Everything could burn, the fire just had to be hot enough, right?

Rao will hold until they clear the way.
Nazard
Please be clear on tunnel vs room. If you're holding your breath, you don't need a Fort save unless you're in combat, so none of you needed one while walking through the tunnel (I included it in case someone retreats during this fight or tries to do something before they get into the room. The tunnel was the 1d3 damage area; the room is 1d2 damage (thinner smoke because of the higher ceiling). At the moment, only Rao and Edgrin are in the tunnel, and since Rao is waiting, he doesn't need to make one.

You missed the bonus from Edgrin's inspire courage. I mention it because it's what you needed to make your crit stick, which is quite important.
Marioc's freezing ray strikes the undead dwarf full in the chest. The ice sizzles against the fiery heat of its flesh, then spreads out along the full length of its chain. Super-chilled metal cracks and groans, then begins to shatter from the sudden temperature inversion. As the links begin to fall away, the room is filled with the pitiful cries of the souls that had long been imprisoned within the iron, and as the last bit of chain is destroyed, the organic remains of the dwarf quickly smolder into ash, leaving nothing but a grease-covered warhammer, and a platinum ring with a thumb-nail-sized ruby that calls to Rao. The other rings in your possession also vibrate in sympathy with its sibling, INCLUDING THE TWO CURRENTLY SITTING IN SOMEBODY'S POCKET.
Jurin lies unconscious in the corner of the room, but once you get him clear of the smoke, he starts to come to. He weakly opens his eyes.
