What is the "looking obliquely" rule? Is that a Pathfinder thing? I don't see it in any of the Starfinder books.

I have both Culture and Survival.

Culture +18 + potential Library Chip depending on if Shifty allows it for this check.
Once per day from Trained for Trouble I can roll twice and take the better result.

I do have +2 in Disguise because of Charisma, but that really isn't a good option for him.

Unless Charli has a better bonus in disguise, Maverick can give that skill a try, preferably with some aid rolls to back him up. Our highest culture bonus should try for that one along with some aid rolls too.

I think Charli should go Culture, she has the best bonus and it is unlikely we can make the Disguise check if no one is great at it. Although it is easier than the other two checks, we still probably need a total of around 30 to succeed.

I would much rather have two successes and one failure than two failures and one success.

Next round of checks we will need to be much better organized about it.

Yeah, that was my bad. Sorry, I glossed over the "one check per skill" line and was still in PF2 mode where everyone making their own check is better than everyone aiding one (had just GMed PFS2 1-05 that specifically calls that out). I'll be less trigger-happy next phase.

Neon Ten has +20 Engineering, +2 Bluff (untrained) and can not attempt the Sleight of Hand.

Neon Ten is bad at all of these. These are Hard checks, even on a natural 20 Neon Ten would fail these checks.

Paratrooper strike works for me! We should maybe hold off on Trench Assault while the jinsul fleet is there though, unless we have a way of staving it off.

For what it's worth, player feedback from past runs of this special has indicated Scanner Defense as a favorite.

Paratrooper strike is fine by me. What is the time frame between each mission? Do you recover all your lost stamina, hit points, etc...? If so, I won't use a resolve point to do that right after our last fight.


Travel time is 1d4 hours, so you can only take a 10 minute break, not autorecover.
