Assuming Quinn is allowed to continue with Blackjack and Salvator Scream, there isn't really anything useful for him to take. The only potentially tempting card upgrade available would be an Ally 4, but the card it would replace is the one that is swapped out for Salvator Scream. He'll leave that for Brielle.
Similarly, the most interesting Power Feat upgrade would be on the role card, which wouldn't be in effect while playing Blackjack.
