Yeah, skim read the thread. The party would presumably tell you about their discoveries etc up to this point. In lieu of a long RP exchange a skim of the thread is fine.
I think Cera here is up to date. How shall we introduce her? Maybe the wizard's daughter finally persuaded her to overcome her fears and come help? The tavern would give her some anxiety though

I'd happily chip in, but am currently lacking in funds. I don't think we got much in the way of gold from our exploration yet, have we? Are the silverdisks worth anything? I believe I have 11 of those.
You should find out what the silver discs are soon. There is a technologist in town who can identify technology etc.
Eskanii will chip in for a wand; will cover Barlespin's share and he can pay me back later. Total: 250gp from Eskanii to whoever is buying/carrying the wand. If others are short on fund she can cover two additional shares.

Eskanii will cover a total of 3 shares for now (Eskanii/Barlespin/Morgan - total 375pg), and Barlespin/Morgan can each pay her 125gp back later.
I was including the value of the silverdisks as a part of my total. I thought it was as good as a platinum piece. If that's not the case then I don't have the funds and I doubt any of the players that started from the beginning do. I suspect that a lot of treasure was missed becaue I am way way behind on average wealth by level.
That is unless those food tubes are particularly valuable.
Let's skip this wand of cure light wounds idea for now. Maybe in another encounter or two...

Watanabe is a stick in the mud. Sorry for not gambling but he'd rather not play games that aren't "fair".
GM, Cera is described as human in her in game post but I know OOC that she's an android. I assume there is something going on there and I might have a check I could make to deduce what is going one. Perception, sense motive, or a knowledge check. If I know she's not presentating herself honestly and I know that it will color my reaction to her.
The GM is supposed to make a check for her Disguise attempt. She is changing minor details only, so her total bonus is +9, and she has a trait to let her ignore the -2 penalty for disguising as a different race. If it were up to me I would take 10, but the rules say the GM makes the check.
Your Disguise check result determines how good the disguise is, and it is opposed by others’ Perception check results. If you don’t draw any attention to yourself, others do not get to make Perception checks. If you come to the attention of people who are suspicious (such as a guard who is watching commoners walking through a city gate), it can be assumed that such observers are taking 10 on their Perception checks.
You get only one Disguise check per use of the skill, even if several people make Perception checks against it. The Disguise check is made secretly, so that you can’t be sure how good the result is.
So I think that either you took 10 for 13 or didn't even notice.
Gotcha I forgot you're assumed to take 10 on the perception check.

i've made the decision to cut back on some of the games I've playing in, due to RL time contraints , and this is one I'll unfortunately be leaving.
No complaint with GM Ietsuna or the players...I thought I'd be more engaged with the theme, having been a big fan of the classic Expedition to the Barrier Peaks.
Now seems a good time for Sinna to seek her fortunes elsewhere...

Not counting random mundane gear I'm now sitting at 317 gp. This includes silverdisks counting them as 10gp, and the potion of healing. I can function fairly well without gear.
A couple if explainations include not searching the treasure rooms, exited PCs taking expensive gear with them, finding gear but no one claiming it.

I am definitely still up to play with you guys. I just don't want too big of a group, but if we keep in 6 then I'm fine with it - if you'd have me. Any role you need specifically? Or should I bring the brawler I built?

Maybe, but it seems now the party is a little crowded on the melee side. I will let the others chime in! I don't mind building something else - building characters is a good chunk of my fun.
To be honest, a full on cleric would be awesome... or a bard with inspire courage to help us slaves of the d20 attack roll! ;)
The party is weak in terms of healing, if I understand the gameplay thread correctly. I would have joined as a cleric if I would have known Sinna was leaving. I though that with her bard spells, she would have been able to complement Watanabe's half-caster cleric progression quite sufficiently, but without her...
I have an idea for an interesting yet different bard :) let me see what I can put together this week.
Someone else with healing would be appreciated. My character won't really hit his stride until after 7th level.

The bard I was building is actually a Dwarf bard, and it replaces inspire courage. It's also not great at healing at all since it's WIS-based, not CHA (so not much on wands). It is very useful on other fields - inclusive singing to give feats to people, or controlling constructs - but not healing or inspiring courage. Let me just hit my table designs again and I'll bring something else to try to be more useful.
@GM Ietsuna: it's been a week since your last post. Have we lost our GM? should we ask for a replacement GM on Flaxseed or do you plan to keep this campaign going? no pressure one way or another: just worried about you!
I'm going to bow out rather than continue with this game. I've been cutting back on the games I'm playing in to better serve the games I'm running.
I'll wait for Ietsuna's confirmation, as he is a great GM and I'm thinking something in real life has been preventing him from posting regularly.
If he confirms he cannot run anymore, I will seek an alternate GM on Flaxseed. I'll admit that Watanabe's departure would be a big loss for the party though, one which would necessitate the recruitment of an arcane and divine caster...
@Archlich: any chance you can redeploy character creation towards one of those?
PS: if we do end up seeking a new GM, could Barlespin, Watanabe or Morgan please roughly indicate where we are at in the adventure in terms of % complete? or is this something only Ietsuna can do? I've never played or run that AP before so my knowledge is nil on this...
I am still here. I was giving The Archlich a chance to get a character up and running. I should have kept us rolling but didn't. That is on me. An AP is a different beast to a scenario. Let me make a post and lets see if we can keep it rolling.

I imagine the GM is still sorting out some pretty big life changes and will eventually return to a more regular posting rate. Or decide to call off the game. In the latter case we could look for a new GM.
However I am willing to wait a fair bit longer
