Still shaken, Kamil is not able to fight back the wave of negative energy from the priest.
With horror he sees his comrade falling again under the mighty strike of the skeleton. He could only hope that his comrade and himself will survive this deadly encounter ...

Seeing that the skeleton and the necromancer are the main threat, Kamil step to flank with Devin the skeleton and threaten the necromancer.
He then protect himself again with a shield before attacking the skeleton.

Kamil is unable to fight back the wave of negative energy.

King in Thorns slideshow!

Devin knows that his rapier is doing very little damage.
He sees Tybalt's warhammer, that bashed away nicely at the bones.
That would do nicely.
Or some other blunt object...

His first attack manages to pass the shield, and nicks the bones--
(1 damage after Resistance)
--and the last one hits, miraculously! But not hard enough to chip the bones...
(nat' 20, but on a miss, so upgrades to a hit, not a crit' - right? - and thus only this "normal" damage, which does not pass the Resistance)

The Necromancer raises his arms, and, once again sends out a blast of negative energy.

The skeleton faces Devin, and swings his blade, barely managing to hit the half-elf, but barely is still a blow... and a rather strong one.

Devin goes down--

--his rapier slipping from his inert hand.

The skeleton turns to face Kamil, but his second blow, though rather good... misses.

As the skeleton lifts its shield--

--Larraz moves forward, and pulls the last elixir from Larraman's belt, and, kneeling beside Tybalt, he empties it down the dwarf's throat.

As heads spin, you are dismayed to see a dull gray horse like that zombie one you saw in the village square.

And the horse turns its head to look at him-- and neighs!

You are relieved to see that the dull gray is just the dust from the wall and the splinters of the broken door: it is the horse you approached near the buildings around the village square.

Desert Wind glances around and... seeing the Necromancer, it snorts and rushes over, its hooves pounding on the floor, reaching the evil cleric in a rush, and--

--rearing slightly, to send a front hoof smashing right in the man's face!

He feels weak, and is sure that were he to go under once more, it would be straight to the Boneyard for him, he is at the brink of death.

Before, after? - I know that on a crit' you interrupt things - but, anyhow, even w/o the Flatfoot from being prone this passes the AC 18 since no shield ; thus Tybalt is hit, for 9 dam' - but the min' dam' is 5 so any hit is bad - and drops to 0, to dying 1, plus 3 from Wounded 3 = Dying 4, which means Dead!
Did I get something wrong here?)
It would seem to be:

--the Skeleton Knight's longsword slashing across the chest of Tybalt as he rises, and opens a wound.
As more blood gushes from the dwarf's wound, the weakened Tybalt drops to his knees, expiring from the blow and the exhaustion of the previous attacks.

(Question: did you forget the Skeleton had AoOs - I tried to put in a reminder w. "Larraz carefully moves around, avoiding the skeleton's sword" - or was something confusing and thus this is a mistake?)

I know what happened. As you can see, I was originally going to make try two attacks after standing, but only rolled one. That is because, I was in the middle of posting and correcting that posting when I realized the deadly folly in that and was interrupted by my daughter needing help. She has recently been diagnosed with MS and we're all hands on deck right now. I forgot about correcting the post and here we are.
I was going to change that to Step while prone if possible, then Stand, then Stride. The decision is yours, though, and I'll accept whatever you decide.
But on your ruling as it currently stands, since Tybalt didn't actually go anywhere, the AoO happens after he stands up (Core p474).

5 damage
--before raising its shield.

Desert Wind start beating its hooves against the skeleton and its shield, first the front left hoof... missing.
Then the front right hoof... missing.
And finally a rear hoof even... missing!

Larraz moves back over to where his fallen comrades are, and takes one of the healing potions and feeds it to Devin, who feels better and open his eyes!

Tybalt is a proud dwarf. He's a member of the Radiant Oath who has trained his whole life to fight the evil and darkness that exists in the world. He last moments will not be spent squirming on the ground hoping that death does not come to him nor will he walk in a world where he lives because he would not stand up and do what was right. What had to be done. From the ground. Tybalt swings his warhammer at the skeleton once, twice, three times. "In Torag's name!"

Coming too on the ground. Devin pulls his whip and tries to trip the Skeleton.

Forgot the minus 2 that would be a 3 only.

King in Thorns slideshow!

Tybalt snaps out of his waiting pattern and swing his hammer in Torag's name!

Hitting from the floor is a bit hard, and his aim is not as good as if he were standing.

The skeleton brings his shield down but Tybalt is just able to pass that defence--

--however the Skeleton-Knight blocks Tybalt's blow with his iron shield, greatly reducing the blow, albeit cracking his shield while doing so!
The hammer would have cracked the bones well, and still does some damage.
Reduced to 2 damage w. Shield Block

Still standing, though badly damaged, the skeleton avoids Tybalt's following blows.

And it also sidesteps Devin's attempt to trip it-- and Devin loses his balance, but, already prone, this changes nothing.
Crit' failure so drop your whip of fall prone ; in your case already prone

Devin tries again--

Whip, Athletics, Trip: 1d20 + 2 - 5 ⇒ (4) + 2 - 5 = 1

--but he has never trained to slash out with his whip when lying door, so he is unable to even snap correctly at the enemy.

The skeleton glances at Devin, sees no threat--
--looks at Tybalt, but, knowing that Desert Wind is about to attack him, the skeleton keeps on attacking the horse.
Foregoing his broken shield, he just swings away at the horse.

The first blow is barely cushioned by the barding--
--but the second slash of the Skeleton-Knight's sword hits Desert Wind--

But the horse manages to remain standing--
--except that the skeleton plunges its sword straight into the horse's heart, dropping it!

The horse clatters to the ground...

The skeleton raises its sword, and screams a silent scream of triumph!
Abandoned by it master, with the zombies reduced to pulp, he has downed three enemies and a horse, and badly wounded another.
He looks around, ready to keep on moving and finish you off.

Larraz calls out: "Desert Wind, no!"
The druid once again uses words of Primal Magick and touches his holly leaves and mistletoe--
--and Desert Wind's wounds close, while its eyes open again!
(healed for 9 hp ; prone)

The skeleton tries to frown... but cannot, since it has no muscles, or skin.

Larraz pulls out the last of the healing potions.

Kamil doesn't believe his eyes, they are still alive!

Well done Tybalt!

He quickly pust aside his crossbow and takes back his katana before joining the others.

Lets get out of here as quickly as possible! This place is doomed and I don't want to die here.

He moves next to the statue to take care of it and get out of the place

King in Thorns slideshow!

Larraman gets ready to take the statue too: "I only have a couple fire bombs left, nothing to help any other way."

Larraz and Desert Wind rub faces, so happy to see one another again.
Larraz states: "I am out of spells and potions and such, it is already great some of the stock remained in the saddlebags all this time... if I pray a little bit I can heal Desert Wind more, but that can wait."
Then Larraz takes his side of the statue:
"You said you had a cart? Desert Wind can pull it along..."

You are all quite wounded, and probably not up for another fight.
Only Larraz is nearly unscathed, but he only has a sling with two remaining bullets, and wooden staff.

You see that the weapons and armor on the skeleton and the zombies are not old and rusted, but seem new and of good quality. They could be worth taking.

Devin and Tybalt look around, to see what to do-- when you all feel a slight tremor in the ground: something is coming, something VERY big, that makes the ground shake as it walks.
Those behemoths seen approaching, have they now reached the town?
