Sherman is going to need that haste to be able to move to the door and cast silence. But once haste is on, Sherman will do that - I drew the circle of silence on the map already
If Tarphrex does not cast the haste, then I need to reconsider my action...

I believe I heard a request...

The second circle reflects everyone I can get in my casting of haste after Vale charges in (not including yours truly, I don't have the levels to catch myself, also). If I am allowed to cast before we open the door, I can include Vale and exclude Ceven as he's able to self-haste.

Tarphrex repositions himself to see into the battle and monitor the stairs and the doorway, then casts haste on his allies.

(I know you had brought up the possibility, but the Black Arrows were expecting the fight in another room (the commander's bedroom). If you think Tarphrex would have cast it before reaching the doors to that other room, then you did. If not, cast it first round of combat.)

No, if the Black Arrows weren't expecting this to be the fight, Tarphrex wouldn't have, either. I'll let my post stand with Vale lacking the buff. Actually, let's amend it. Tarphrex will include himself and exclude Ceven because of Ceven's abilities.

Retcon: Tarphrex repositions himself to see into the battle and monitor the stairs and the doorway, then casts haste on his allies. He lacks the power to aid them all, unfortunately, and Vale is just out of reach. Knowing Ceven's mysterious powers give him much the same ability for himself, the tiny dragon doesn't include the kineticist with his spell.

Everyone except Ceven and Vale are subject to the haste spell.

Tarphrex waves his scaly hand, sending his magic into (most of) his allies, charging their muscles to greater limits.
Estella moves in, thrusting into the ogre, stabbing deep into its flesh before it can get out of the chair.
Sherman cuts off its yell of pain before it becomes more than a "A" sound, cloaking the combat so as not to alert anyone else in the fort.
Elisnai slides in next, thrusting with her rapier, putting a new hole in its side to match Estella's. The ogre drops, its body falling off the chair before it could even stand.

One ogre down, one to go. Ceven is up before the Black Arrows.

@Elisani: You find a nude corpse hung from a butcher's hook in the far corner. It is human, and hanging over a large basin. Several cuts have been made in strategic places, wrists, inner thigh, neck, etc; the blood drips slowly down into the basin at its feet. As expected, a Black Arrow tattoo is on the left arm.
Jakardros and Vale look with grim expressions, while Kaven looks like he will vomit. "We'll get Felix down when we're done," Jakardros says.

@Sherman:

If you open the door....:
You find that this room once served as a map room. This is obvious by how well you can tell what the rolls of paper in one corner had on them. Well, technically, they still have maps on them. Just that those maps are now obscured by smears of a thick, brown "paste" that smells horrible.

Elisani bows her head, a brief moment of silence for the deceased Black Arrow before she enters the next room.

"Maps, but all of them are fouled. What a waste." Quality maps don't come cheap. Maybe the ogres didn't ruin all of them?

Do I need to roll another Perception check to see if there are any intact maps?

@Sherman: The ogress takes those gouts of flame straight to the face, burning her badly. Desna is well known for her fire.

However, the ogre caster is still up and moving.
Tarphrex is still to go, then Elisani.

Tarphrex turns his back to the battle. Hearing a door in the hall, he readies his pit spell to cast it under any threats that appear at the party’s back.

I attempted the previous post twice. The first time, I moved Tarphrex, then my computer crashed and I didn't get the actual post created. The second time, I decided he would not move, just ready, but I only just realized that his position on the map was wrong from my first attempted post. Just explaining in case anyone noticed him doing the two-step.

@Tarphrex: Prepared. (And thank you for the heads up. I did notice the change in positions.)

@Ceven: There is not. But the other ogre is already covered in a glitterdust spell.

Oh, believe me, Tarphrex will be shaken for more than two rounds!

The kobold screams out something incomprehensible as he is struck by lightning and then by a meaty ogre's thigh in quick succession and he is shoved much of the way across the room. What's clear in his voice is pain and panic.

He instinctively attempts a spell, rushing through the words and gestures as he watches the newcomer.

Concentration to cast defensively DC 17: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (6) + 12 = 18

Eyes wide, he disappears from view. Sherman feels a presence push between he and Shalelu as the tiny dragon retreats invisibly.

And I just realized: This is unless the shaken condition applies to his concentration check, which I suspect it does. In that case, he makes a very low-percentage attempt to move defensively.

The new enemy resembles more what one thinks ogres are like. Big, ugly and stupid. Hoping this one has less willpower than its spellcasting brethren, Sherman casts a spell to turn the ogre’s aggression towards the spellcaster.

Sensing the fight escalate, and realizing that with the thunder crashes and the reinforcements, the time for quick-and-silent is probably out the door, Estella makes a decision.

She suddenly calls out to her allies.

"COMRADES! Let not these wretches hinder us! The Black Arrows deserve justice for the cruelties performed here!"

Switching on my Rage Song. All comrades please refer to the enclosed leaflet.

The enclosed leaflet:
The following boosts all apply as long as the party member can hear Estella:

Controlled Inspired Rage: +2 Morale Bonus to strength.

Lesser Spirit Totem: Small spirits surround every party member and make one slam attack (+9 to hit, 1d4+4 damage, these modifiers are static and can't be buffed) every round against a living foe adjacent to a party member.

Spirit Totem: Any ranged attacks and melee attacks made by non-adjacent enemies (reach for example) have a 20% miss chance

The following boost only applies if the party member is within 30ft and can see the banner.

Flagbearer: +1 Morale Bonus on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, and saving throws against fear and charm effects. Only within a range of 30ft and if you can see the banner.
