I've moved Ceven 25', into the room but leaving space for Tarph's pit (not technically metagaming because it's where Cev would move normally. May I grab Estrella and move her back next to Cev or should I just attack the plant?

You certainly can't grab Estrella, she's inside the plant thing.

I knew there was something I didn't quite understand, got it. Is Ceven confident that he can blast part of the plant w/o hurting Estrella? (I did mean 'grab' telekinetically btw)

She has complete cover. So she is safe.
Elisani Dascalu
Elisani pokes her head inside the room, scrutinizing the enemy for weak points. With a quick prayer to Zohls, she sprints inside, the elixir she just consumed adding to her already formidable acrobatic abilities.
Swift action for Quick Study, then move to the tendriculos (using Acrobatics + Inspiration to try and avoid being grappled) and attack.
Acrobatics + heroism + elixir of tumbling + Inspiration: 1d20 + 15 + 2 + 10 + 1d6 ⇒ (14) + 15 + 2 + 10 + (2) = 43
I'm going to assume that passes, lol
Rapier attack + heroism + Studied Combat: 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 11 + 2 + 2 = 28
Damage + Studied Combat: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 7 + 2 = 14
If the tendriculos attacks me, I'll attempt Opportune Parry & Riposte.
Tarphrex the Magnificent
Tarphrex moves to the door, following Elisani. Peering in, he sees Graul, fresh blood on his blade, Elisani engaging with a large pile of animated salad, and no Estella.
"Elisani will not fight two at once. Go away!" Holding a tiny shovel and making a digging motion, he calls out an arcane phrase as the floor below Graul disappears.
Create Pit, 30' deep, shown on the map. Reflex DC 17 (he still has disadvantage to his next d20) to jump to a nearby space or fall in for 3d6 falling damage.
Ceven, if he saves, he doesn't get a save from a bull rush to push him in. Just some trivia I found interesting. *Whistles innocently*

Cev needs to save against the pit spell??

No, Cev is safe. The hole's under Graul. But if Graul makes his save and Cev goes first, Cev can push him in telekinetically. Just an option you have available. Hopefully he falls and you can pummel the plant instead.

@Elisani: Yes, that passes with ease. You're already stabbing by the time the creature even reacts to your approach.
@Tarprhex: Unsurprisingly, he was not expecting a pit to appear beneath him...

Forgive me for this, but I've taken the liberty of reading up on what being swallowed whole means. Wasn't sure if I was still grappled, for example. Turns out, yes I am!

This is why I stressed for you all to remind me, because I knew that there was no way on God's green Earth that I was going to remember....
Reflex Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9...and that's an ogre in a pit.
Falling Damage: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 4) = 11
[ooc](If it is supposed to be more damage, go ahead and roll it.
Alright, it's been a bit, so let us recap.
The doors open to a crossbow quarrel flying at you. Another ogre-kin across the room took the shot, and Estella moves in to confront him. As she moves, the thick vegetation in the room comes alive and grabs her, swallowing her whole.
Elisani moves in to attack the plant monster, cutting into it.
Sherman debuffs the ogre-kin.
Tarphrex drops said ogre-kin into a pit.
Estella wriggles about to get herself loose to attack the stomach of the plant.
Ceven flies in and blasts the giant plant.

My AC should actually be 24 due to Dexterity mutagen. +4 Dex for +2 AC, +2 natural armor for +1 AC (because it doesn't stack with Snakeskin Tunic's +1 natural armor, which is accounted for in my base AC). Sorry about that, I'll try to remember to update my tagline in the future.
Parry + heroism + Studied Combat: 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 11 + 2 + 2 = 32
Whether that works depends on the size category of the tendriculos. Is it Large or Huge?

Huge.

Okay, so that would be a -4 penalty, for a total of 28 on the parry attempt. I’m parrying the tentacle attack, right? Not the grab?
Sherman Blake
Coming out from delay, and readying an action instead
Ready action: when Graul climbs up, gift of madness on him (DC18 will save or confused)
The flaming sphere burns tendriculos (marking it on the map so I don't forget next time)
fire damage, DC 17 ref to negate: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 6) = 15

You are parrying the tentacle, which also negates the grab. So no damage and no grappled condition. This time.
@Sherman:
Reflex Save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Burns it through. The plant creature is looking pretty rough, but still there.
Tarphrex the Magnificent
Tarphrex steps into view of the plant creature and weaves another spell. A series of his 'dragon stones' fly unerringly to crash into the creature.

I apologize for the delay. Does Estella deal enough damage to get out of the plant, or not? That will decide which enemy I attack.

Hmm. If the pit is 30' deep and the ogrekin is Medium, I can't reach it.
Elisani turns from where she was about to try and cut Estella free from the tendriculos, only to see a deep pit instead of an ogrekin. That must be Tarphrex' work. Clever. Unfortunately, she has no ranged weapons. All she can do is wait to see if the enemy manages to climb out.
Delay until after the enemy.

It sounds like the ogrekin will take some time to climb out. Elisani takes the opportunity to move into position to flank him with Estella.
Estella Vale
Gasping for air and quickly composing herself, she stands up by the edge of the hole. She mutters a quick spell to recover a bit from the big plant's attack.
Cure Moderate Wounds: 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (4, 6) + 6 = 16
Once done, she peers down the hole, forces herself to regain some composure, and looks down at the ogrekin, plant sap still dripping from her hair.
"I'm afraid it's too late for Muck. You may want to consider surrendering."
The words are polite, but her tone of voice belies a massive amount of frustration. She's gonna be processing this unpleasant experience for weeks.

I was going to wait until someone (Ceven) remembered he could fly and blast at the ogre-kin at will before calling the fight.
But with 3 rounds in the pit doing absolutely nothing, and no longer having his brother, I'm going to call the fight.
_________
The Graul shouts in anger at Estella's words, "You killed Muck!? YOU KILLED MY BROTHER!?" His anger is short lived, however, as Ceven hovers over the pit, blasting the ogre-kin to smithereens.
After a few moments, the pit disappears, brringing the bludgeoned body back to floor level.
Estella Vale
With the tension gone, Estella falls to her knees in exhaustion. "That was horrible."
It takes a little bit for her collect herself, once again, but eventually she gets back up and cracks her neck. "Let's finish up our investigation here and get out as soon as we can."
Estella carefully approaches the Graul, and notes that (according to the map at least, though I don't remember it getting described?) there's a door to the north.
Sherman Blake
"So the plant creature was a friend or a pet. These ogres are the strangest indeed." Sherman shakes his in sadness.
"Could these two have been the reason the door was locked?"
But better leave the pondering for later. It was a tough fight, especially for the young lady. Sherman walks closer to Estella to take a closer look to her wounds.
"You survived the literal belly of the best, my friend. How are you feeling?"
How much hp Estella has now? I could let life link heal some 10 wounds and then channel.

You are correct on both accounts. There is a door, it was not described. It was, previously, behind the mound of plant monster.
Tarphrex the Magnificent
”Ogre say plant was brother. Tarphrex think lock was to keep plant in cellar. Ogre unlock when he come down, wait for trap-attack on us.” He looks at the mound of vegetation. ”If plant eat someone, where does stuff go?”
He casts detect magic and focuses on the plant, then the ogrekin, then scans the room.

@Estella & Tarphrex: You notice several notable things on the ogre-kin body; a collection of severed noses in a wax-sealed tin, a purse of 235 gp, and various magical items...
Estella Vale
Estella gives Sherman a grave smile. "Physically, I'm alright, but I'm afraid it'll take a few weeks before I've truly processed that." She shivers. "That was harrowing."
When Sherman offers a heal, Estella declines. "I appreciate it, but conserve your energy." With a smile, she pulls out the wand in her pack. "Let's have this little gadget pay itself back, instead."
She heals herself with a few casts of the wand.

She then offers to anyone else who might need it.
Listening to Tarphrex, she stares at the plant mound again... "You think this was the fate of the original inhabitants? Could we have been too late?"
Elisani Dascalu
Elisani lets out a sigh of relief as the ogrekin meets his end. "I'm glad that you are relatively intact, Estella. My heart nearly stopped when the tendriculos ate you." She hesitates for a few moments, unsure what else to do or say. Finally the detective gives up on the daunting task of Being Social in favor of examining the newly revealed door.

Spellcraft 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Tarphrex lays down a small vial. "Not know what is, but magic."
It is followed by the ogrekin's hide armor, ogre hook, and an amulet/fetish that appears to be made of a animal and fur. "Small magicks, help protect you or help hurt your enemy."
