Scarab Sages

After D'vost set's up a shot Kadef is just barely unable to hit as well but then Sev joins the fight and in one swift blow takes the goblins helmet of it's shoulders..which also happens to include the poor goblins head

The 2 remaining goblins look at each other, gulp and line up their blasters on Sev and pulling the triggers before moving apart - one slightly slower then the other

" Take him, not me!" they both exclaim at the same time as they point at each other and start to move away from Sev. Then one of them has a wicked smile on his face as he notices the other goblins sticking to the ground with every step it takes which is slowing him down a lot.

To hit EAC Sev: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
To hit EAC Sev: 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 3 - 2 = 16

One lucky shot is able to to make it past Sev's defenses

Ticcus's instinct is to chase after the fleeing goblins. That instinct only wars with his sense of duty for just a moment, and he refrains from chasing after the fleeing greenskins.

With that Ticcus uses his body to block Sharni's view of the death of the goblins...remembering how her emotions flared when Sev and others were capturing the Squoxes. Ticcus puts his face close to Sharni's.

"Sharni-too, keep next to me, and focus on my face. It seems that the fight has left the goblins, but I would rather you not see the gore. That is something that you do not need to see yet. Your father should be the one that authorizes your introduction to death."

As Ticcus velvety voice reaches the trembling Shrani-too she relaxes and stares deep into Ticcus his eyes and seemingly forgets all about the combat going on around her, the Squox she's holding in her arms and as far you can tell she's also totally forgotten Mute as the pupils in her eyes dilate a bit more.

Mute sees the group of goblins fall, turns to see the others flee and says, "Aww, all out of piggys."

He looks at Sev and gets a gesture of enemy movement then relocates himself to catch the other banger as they exit the ally.

As Mute watches the remaining goblins take a tactical re-positioning (these aren't fleeing - yet) he prepares for their return.

From the far end of the street you can see the last standing goblin from the other gang stop, look back at you and then continue to run

Sev raises after one of the fleeing goblins (green). Placing the blade of his knife between his artificial teeth, the android executes a series of cartwheels before releasing the knife from his mouth and catching it in his hand. Now, upon the goblin, the Starfinder lunches for the creature's lower back and inserts the blade between two of the goblin's vertebrae.

Acrobatics, Trick attack: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (6) + 15 = 21
Melee attack (knife, survival): 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 7 + 2 = 25

"Sweet, two." he calculates aloud as he observes the results of his attack.

D´vost follow the goblins and seeing Sev being able to take care of himself takes aim at the other enemy.

As Sev takes down another goblin in a game of pin the knife in the goblin D'vost manages to get a little bit of payback for his burning eye as he shoots the other goblin

With no apparent targets, and a firm belief that his compatriots are perfectly safe from serious injury by the fleeing goblins, Kadef holsters his pulsecaster.

"I do apologize, Miss Shrani. One does not expect to find goblin ruffians in this part of the station. As you can see, our companions have things well in hand and the goblins are fleeing. You and your tiny new friend are perfectly safe. I think maybe we should exit that way."

Kadef moves around Bar and Shrani and begins to walk up the alley. He pauses to look left and right at the next passageway.

Judging the fleeing goblin to be harmless Kadef goes back to business as usual.

As one of the goblins - making squishy noises - walks past Mute takes his shot before it slowly continues on it's way leaving sticky footprints down the street

He's going to flee unless you guys want to stop him

Mute sees purple run by getting his readied shot exclaiming, "Look, a piggy."

He moves quickly and flips off the corner of the building,

Ticcus just hears Mute call out about a piggy, and decides that maybe Kadef is right. "This way Sharni-too...let us just head out of here." He is still keeping his body--and Kadef's--blocking (hopefully) any of the dead bodies.

Shirren looks at the Mute attempting to take down the Goblin. If the enemy is still up, shirren takes two shots at the fleeing enemy

As the other Starfinders press their attack against the remaining goblin, Sev considers the small humanoid.

The android then releases his pistol into his hand.
Swift action per quick sheathe upgrade

Then races after the goblin, executing a flip while firing.

Ranged attack (semi-auto pistol, tactical): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13 Damage (pistol)(P): 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Using Promotional Reroll w/one Nova on the Ranged attack (semi-auto pistol, tactical): 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 7 + 1 = 19

If permitted to do as a trick action even after spending a swift action...

Acrobatics, Trick attack: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19
Additional Damage if Trick Attack Successful: 1d8 ⇒ 6

Scarab Sages

Sorry no trick attack after using a swift action allowed. Full round actions don't allow you using a swift action in the same round and it seems that by the rules you can't even draw a weapon while moving as part of a trick attack..not that the added damage from the trick attack would matter in this case.

As the goblin tries to get away while covered in sticky goo which not only leaves footprints behind everywhere he takes a step but also seriously hampers his ability to move at great speeds he's pelted from 3 different directions as bolts of ice, laser and even an actual physical bullet slam into him dropping him to the ground riddled with holes.

Sharni-too meanwhile is lead away and avoids most of the scene

Shirren looks with an emotionless expression on the falling Goblin. Another useless fight, bloodshed for no reason. He automatically checks the battery level on his rifle as he walks back to meet with Bar and Sharni-too.

Ticcus lightly hugs Sharni-too as he helps walk her back to her suite at the Lorespire complex. He realizes that she has seen a lot of things that shows both the BEST and WORST of what an alliance with the Starfinder Society can bring to her and her father's planet.

As Shrani-too calms down a bit from all the excitement she says with a little voice "I would like to go back now to Daddy" as she leans on Ticcus.

Complying with her wishes you take the young girl back to the Lorespire Complex where her farther is still busy with Chiskisk going over the details of the agreement. During the trip she starts to perk up again and by the time you arrive and the door opens she's her exuberant self once more and she flings herself at her father and starts to tell him all about her day "Sooo, we went like totally to a bar and I had a drink and I got to like dance and then I went on stage..no wait, we went somewhere else first before I got on stage and then literally all the people applauded my performance and then we went on this space ship and we saw like the outside from within the ship, the outside of the station I mean not the ship and I got a new little friend" she winks at Mute before she pulls out her new Squox and shows it.

Listening to his daughter rambling on like he's used to this he slowly starts to smile as he get's the full story and after she's done he stands up, walks over to Chiskisk and takes the contract and signs it saying;
"Those minor details don't matter, what matters is that your Society is made up of people that we would be proud and happy to ally ourselves with"

He then gestures at all of you
"These people have shown me that your are worthy of trust"

He then thanks each and everyone of you with a firm handshake and you have a bit of small talk as Shrani-too starts to yawn and her father sends her to bed and you out of the door, contend on another job well done.

That concludes this scenario. Thanks for playing. I'll start with the chronicles and will hopefully send those out to you somewhere this weekend
