Map of current fight
This is a Warhammer 40K story set on the world of Skyfall, where 5,000 years ago demons and angels warred in the heavens and broke the sky. Now pieces of that war rain down upon the land and you are the Scavanger teams sent to reclaim those pieces of lost technology that might survive, from an area called the Skybreak.

This is your life and it's not an easy one, the Skybreak takes as much as it gives but it gave you hope of better times.

At least it did, until they came

excellent....I'm thinking it may be fun to have My goal to have my character "die" of corruption before he gets incinerated, eviscerated, or turned to mulch hahaha. I figure if I can do that, it would be a win.

As some who are in my other games already know. We have had two deaths in the family this week. One expected, and one tragic and young. My youngest is also going into surgery for a complication due to her condition, and the chances are looking like a coin flip. I have dropped 80% of my games, leaving just a few. This is one that will survive the cut.

I will be spotty for a bit, but bare with me and I will do right by you my friends.

Honestly take as much time as you need.
RPG's demand more commitment than most hobbies, often an unfair amount (in my opinion) so I've always played and run them with a "Real life comes first" philosophy.
Because this is a hobby (my favourite hobby) but it's still just that.
Our characters should always come second to our players.

I'm honestly honoured that you kept this game at all.

Here's something that might help
TERRIFY
A commander can use the Command Skill to terrify his
followers into fearing him more than a Fear-causing foe.
As a Reaction, a character can try to counter the effects
of Fear (see page 305) in his troops should they fail
their Willpower Test against a Fear-causing foe. Make a
Command Skill Test opposed by the Willpower of the
Fear-causing creature. Both the character and the creature
add +10 to their rolls for each level of Fear they possess.
If the character is successful, his followers ignore the
effects of Fear from this creature for the encounter.

Also I am not using that rule. I put too much work into these combats to have someone 1 shot everything

Cool beans. Not sure how I got the location wrong, but that is an awesome effect for this fight.

Though flame breath is 3 shots not 1 shot


sorry, I put all 3 shots together. Should I not do that in the future?


I prefer if they were separate as it makes the damage calculations easier


yes apologies, it slipped my mind that, yes, each one has to get through armor and toughness.

@All My laptop is out of commission for a bit I am afraid, still under warranty but it'll be a while. I'll sort something temporary in the next few days hopefully but things will slow down with having to use my phone.


I'm going to be botting more frequently because this combat has been dragging on for far to long.
From now on I'll wait 3 days and bot anyone who hasn't posted by then.

So that combat dragged on for far too long.
I think I'll stay away from Orks as enemies just because their main threat comes from their difficulty to kill rather than any their damage.

Future fights will have enemies with low health but high kill threat
