Prank War Map

As the monster takes hold of Logan it digs the horrid fangs hard and begins to drain Logan's blood.

Constitution Damage: 1d2 ⇒ 1
As part of the grapple, the creature deals Con damage to Logan.

The wolf freezes in place as it begins to close in on the deformed beast and it is unable to move as it stare in fear at the terror before it.

Benu, if it makes you feel better, the channel you passed into the Aid Token in the previous part has already been used. It helped heal one person who was down and two more injured for a considerable amount of healing.
As for your summon, I think this turn is fair, but next turn I feel the wolf would be within its intelligence to avert their gaze or attack blindly given, at the least, it can tell the gaze is not something pleasant.

- Round 2 -
Bellius (6 damage)
Monstrous Undead Red (11 damage, grappled, flanked until Logan's turn.)
Bahen (9 damage)
Ifzari (2 damage)
Dhavak (6 damage)

- Round 3 -
Eshmika (Preparing to Attack)
Benu (6 damage)
Celestial Wolf (Round 2, paralyzed)
Logan (17 damage, 1 Con damage, grappled)
Ken’ichi (6 damage)
Phantom Blue

Terrain Notes: Forest does not offer cover or concealment. Eshmika is on the battlefield!
Reminders: Everyone still has blessings.
The red marked undead has a 30 ft gaze attack that will paralyze anyone who isn't protected against the gaze. It is a DC 14 will save vs mind-affecting fear to negate this.

Ifzari intimidates the blue phantom.

You will pray not to be returned here. Your unlife will get no end.

Intimidate, demoralize: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (10) + 12 = 22

Dhavak slams the phantom as a full attack.

Benu: You can use your next turn to bless the wolf's attack.

I was more asking if you wanted to use the blessing to ignore their ability to mind effecting effects for the encounter, so you could shaken them. It also might be useful in dealing ranged damage to the undead currently chewing on Logan.

We are near the end as this may be the last or next to last encounter, but I do still want to continue going forward in rounds. I'm not sure where Bellius's player is, but I'm happy to take suggestions on what actions you would like him to take. I do plan to finish out the current turns tonight.

Ifzari's don't have any effect on the spectral force and Dhavak's blows slam into the creature's ichorous shell and are unable to shatter the monsterous form.

Sorry for the tardy post. Had my local PFS night tonight, among other things. I would think that Bellius would continue to use his bow, as is possible.

Feeling somewhat better from Belu's healing, Ken'ichi steps into the other phantom and attacks with his katana.

Katana Attack vs. Blue: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Slashing damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

Prank War Map

Ken'ichi's attack may have been a lethal lethal blow, but just fell short of connecting with the haunted soul.

Bellius slows his breath and lines up another shot at the undead wrestling with Logan, but the attack just falls short of connecting with the slowed opponent.

Bellius Attack: longbow(x3), ST: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 5 + 1 = 12 Damage: longbow(x3, P), ST: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

While the undead that is surrounded isn't able to deal any blows to the attacker, the monstrous beast continues to tear into Logan dealing damage that would have felled most of his companions three times over.

Blue Slam vs Dhavak: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Damage: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14

Another 14 damage and Con damage seems to bring Logan to 0 just for the moment.

**OVERSEER ANNOUNCEMENT**

Her dark armor riddled with arrows and sliced by a dozen blades, Eshimka staggers back from the nearby Pathfinders attacking her. With one blade-arm she beckons for more of her shadowy minions to reunite with her body and heal her wounds, but other Pathfinders have slain too many for any to answer her call. For the first time, Eshimka seems worried, fighting for her survival rather than leading her army.

Table GMs, the Eshimka Defeated condition is now in effect, ending the ongoing hazard.

Whoa, I just realized I have a better use for the Vildeis Blessing. I'm coming Logan!

Will: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

Benu notices how pale Logan looks and takes off towards him. He feels the creatures gaze fall on him but just stares right back. "I ain't scared of you so knock it off." He calls upon the unfamiliar divine energies in the area to heal Logan.

Vildeis' Breath of Life: 5d8 + 15 ⇒ (6, 6, 6, 3, 1) + 15 = 37

Is the wolf still paralyzed? And I think this is the 3rd and final round for it. If it can act:

The wolf closes its eyes and moves around behind the monster to avoid its gaze. It then bites the beast.

Bite with flank: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Free trip: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22

I don't actually expect that movement to help with the gaze but figured it was a good explanation for an animal to take a free 5 into flank position. Crud, that might've tripped it if I rolled well enough to hit it. Wait, don't we have a reroll from that satyr? Can i use that here? I'm going to roll it, ignore if inappropriate.

Wolf attack reroll: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12

Logan briefly passed out from the attack, but came back to. Realizing that he was still technically fighting and was doing a decent job keeping it distracted from his companions, he kept struggling to hit. "My blood, not yours!"

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 132d4 + 4 ⇒ (1, 2) + 4 = 7

Prank War Map

Sorry for not removing the condition on the wolf. It wasn't paralyzed at the start of the round. You also do not have the reroll from they fey in this section.

Ifzari's shot misses, and while both of Dhavak's attacks connect, neither is able to do any damage to the almost amorphous undead. Ken'ichi's blows continue to fall just short in comparison despite his blade likely being able to cut through the mass.

The celestial wolf does approach and snap at the larger undead amalgamation, but the attack doesn't sink into the horrid flesh. That, along with the second wind provided by Benu, gives Logan enough strength to deal another blow, but it is also hampered by the creatures natural resistance to his weapons.

Given his lack of success, Bellius steps closer to the undead to line up a better shot. Despite the horrible gaze of the creature, he retains his wits and takes a shot and lands a hit for some minor damage.

Bahen Aid Ken'ichi Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

The undead has trouble itself connecting as it is unable to focus on so many moving enemies.

On the other side of the field the monsterous undead roars in frustration as all the seeping wounds on his victim were sealed in an instant. For a moment it considers launching itself at Benu, but staring into his eyes he can tell the priest has no fear of him. With Logan a far stronger target than he wanted, the beast charges into the back of the party and tries rending into the rear guard. Ifzari is lucky enough to avoid the attack for the moment.

The monstrous undead is provoking from Ken'ichi and Logan as part of the move it is making. At the start of the turn, everyone that hasn't saved against the gaze yet (Ifzari, Bahen, Dhavak, Ken'ichi) will need to deal with the gaze attack in one way or another.

The summoning spell depleted, the celestial wolf returns to back to the heavenly planes after having taken down one of the undead.

Ken'ichi: You can fee free to apply burning radiance as there is one more bit possibly left, but that crit would certainly destroy this thing in any case.

The blade cuts cleanly though the undead, leaving it groaning as it slowly crumbles back into the aether it was born from.

For a brief moment, there are no enemies engaging you on the battlefield. Yet that doesn't mean it is peaceful. Undead still fight others here and even Eshmika continues to push back. After a few more moments allowed to the party, she rips off a piece of herself in desperation and forms a new line of enemies to push back the Pathfinders.

The fragments of herself infuse into the fallen metal on the ground and come together to form a mass of metal, blood and flesh. As it rises it appears as a giant with heavy layers of armor protecting it and in it's gauntleted hands it wields a heavy flail of devastating weight. From it's height you can tell it has far greater reach than most your weapons, and approaching it would be difficult without drawing an attack from it's heavy and lethal weapon.

You have two rounds of actions before this last fight occurs. You can fall back if you wish with no penalty.

I could use my last channel energy to top everyone off before the fight starts. Or, I could save it to stabilize people if things go bad. If you guys want to be prehealed let me know, otherwise I don't have anything to do in the 2 spare rounds.

I'm leaving the red indicator line for Ifzari's initial combat placement (which must be left of that line). Everyone else, and Ifzari after initial placement, can ignore it.

Bahen: For your wand, I wanted to confirm who you were healing. Were you healing Ken'ichi? I haven't applied the 7 healing so the initiative won't reflect it yet.

I'm going to continue into combat, Bahen can have two turns, one before the undead moved up and another after as he can act again on round 2.

The undead takes a moment to build speed on both weapon and itself as it charges forward with far more combat talent than the mindless undead or ferocious flesh eating ghouls. It charges forward and deals out a powerful strike to Logan, once again testing his resolve against the powerful forces Eshmika is bringing to bear in this battle. It shif
