Frostine Finnisson |

She takes the drink with a grateful smile, "Thank you." She blows on it lightly before sipping it slowly. Smiling at her husband she says, "This is something I'll have to learn how to make."

Sigrdrífa Helmsdottir |

Giving them a smile she says, "It would be nice to be able to stay close. Besides...we're going to be getting married in a few months and I'd kinda like it if you and Sig were there. Everyone is invited of course, but I wouldn't want to make your other friends feel like they have to go if they don't want to." She says while putting an arm around Vishanti and sipping on her coffee.
"I would be happy to be there for your wedding!" Sig says with a big smile. "You two are like family to the love of my life. I wouldn't miss it for the world."

Rosalina Luri |

Rosa yawns and drinks some more coffee. Putting the mug down she puts an arm around Dagmarr, "Maybe I should get some water too? We slept well, so I don't know whyh I'm feeling so tired." Looking over at Jerrica's friends she says, "Yeah, what Sig said. Jerrica is our friend and she's important to us. You are important to Jerrica, and since we care about what she cares about, we'll be there....or something like that. Did that make sense? Maybe I'm too sleepy still?" She concludes while trying to stifle another yawn.

Derika |

Derika chuckles, "It's okay, we get what you're saying. If you travelled a long way, it's probably just tiredness from your trip. I'm sure you'll feel better in a couple of days. You know, after you get a few cycles of actual sleep. Where did you guys come from?"

Dagmarr |

Dagmarr begins idly running her fingers through Rosa's hair as she answers Derika's question. "We travelled across worlds, sailing in some sort of cosmic longship... the kind of trip few mortals are likely to have experienced. I'm sure this is just an adjustment"

Derika |

She nods and sips on her water, "Yeah, apparently her world wasn't too keen on people that were different either. Well...it's kind of a complicated story involving dimension travelling and so forth....but, Gashka was only two when I was sent away...that's why she didn't know anything about me. Apparently, our parents had a hard enough time keeping Gash safe....and when they saw what I looked like, well...as much as they didn't want to, they had to send me away...to keep me safe. I never knew anything about that though, so I was just really messed up for a long time....until I met the right people." She says with a smile at her beloved, and then a grateful smile over at Jerrica. "Sometimes it takes other people to help us see our true selves, ya know?"

Thorgr |

Thorgr chuckles and takes the cup. "Only because you won't let me live it down if I don't try it."
Thorgr takes a sip. "Hmm, that's pretty good. I probably wouldn't want it all the time, but every so often for sure."
He hands the cup back to Frostine.

Derika |

She slaps a hand to her forehead as she laughs, "Oh yeah, you just got here like today right? I can be so silly sometimes."
Eating some more of her food she enjoys it as well as the coffee and good company, "So...how did all of you meet then? It was just weird for me and Vishanti cuz all of a sudden we woke up and were in this really strange place surrounded by strange people poking sticks at us basically, and that place was surrounded by a wall and ghouls outside of that....so it was pretty crazy. Where did you end up?" She asks Jerrica as they enjoy the warmth of the fire and the food.

Jerrica DeLamis |

"I woke up in some sort of candy place, where things were made of chocolate and such...there were even chocolate goblins," Jerrica says. "I encountered Thorgr, Frostine's husband first, but they weren't married yet. There were a lot of people there, pairing off and such. Anyway, it turned out to be some crazy game this mad god was playing."
She takes a breath. "Thorgr and I ran across Sig and Frostine. Since he already knew them, we joined up. Woden then asked us to help save his sons and daughters...I don't remember it all clearly, but our healer friend left and Dagmarr joined us. After we ended up in this underground place with a bunch of dark elves, Rosa came along to help us."
Jerrica polishes off her water. "Then one night we had a vision about someone here who needed help and we decided to come here."

Derika |

Finishing up her breakfast and coffee as she listens to her friend tell her story. Once she's done she whistles, "Wow...sounds like you had quite the adventure as well. I'm glad you're here now."

Frostine Finnisson |

Frostine thoroughly enjoys the rest of her hot chocolate as Thorgr finishes his food and coffee.
Putting her hands on her belly she says, "Well....I am just stuffed. I think that's the most food I ever ate in my whole entire life."

Frostine Finnisson |

Letting out a belch she blushes, "Oh yeah....let's go. It looks like that weather outside isn't lightening up any time soon I know we're supposed to get going soon. Maybe wherever we end up, I'll have a chance to start learning how to cook?" She says as she grunts and gets up from the table, feeling really full she pulls her cloak around herself. The cold didn't really bother her much anymore, but she still liked the feel of the cloak, and she really really liked the way Thorgr held her close as they walked out into the snow.

Derika |

Pushing her empty plate away as well she nods while digging out a couple of gold and putting them on the table, "Well...be safe out there, look out for each other, and we look forward to seeing you again....whenever you're able to come back." Derika says, a hint of emotion in her voice.

Rosalina Luri |

Rosa listens to the pair as they talk, fascinated by their stories. Without even realizing it, she had finished her entire meal and the coffee as well as her water. Standing up she clears her throat slightly, "I know you're getting ready to say goodbye to your friends, and I need to use the restroom and get all of my equipment together before we go." Turning to Derika and Vishanti she says, "It was nice seeing you again, hope you have a safe trip. If you'll excuse me please, there are things that I need to do before we can leave." Giving Dagmarr an apologetic smile, she turns and heads out of the restaurant so she can use the facilities before getting her stuff together. She didn't intend to run out on them like that, but it had been quite a while and she had quite a bit to drink.

Frostine Finnisson |

She thinks for a moment, "Well....I got the feeling that she was really upset and not expecting any help....so when we just show up on her doorstep, it might be quite a shock for her....but hopefully, once we explain things...she'll see that we just want to help and she'll be okay. It might take a little while....but I'm prepared to do whatever we need to in order to help her. We were called here for a reason, and someone obviously wants us to help her....so that's what we're gonna do." She says with a note of finality to her voice that lets Thorgr know she's in one of her, "that's just he way it is, and that's that", kind of moods.

Derika |

As they get up from the table Derika goes over to Jerrica and gives her a hug, "There's no place that we wouldn't go for you or your friends. We'll be careful, I promise. Giving her one final hug she lets go as she turns to Sig, "It was very nice meeting you, and I know my little sister is in good hands. We better get going back to the house as well, while we still can. Dagmarr, it was nice to meet you and Rosa as well. All of you stay safe as well, and we look forward to seeing you again sometime." She sighs, "I've already said that haven't I? Well, until later then." Holding her hand out for Vishanti she helps her love up and on with her heavy cloak, before getting her own on. Giving Jerrica and her friends a final wave, she wraps an arm around Vishanti and heads back out into the cold weather and towards the house.
If you want to say anything else during breakfast or anything, or if you wanted to say anything before we leave. Just go ahead, I was just trying to get things moving forward. We're probably gonna be going to bed soon anyways. Henry has been getting leg cramps now, so I'm gonna make us some tea.

Derika |

Seeing Jerrica's other two friends approaching as they leave she says, "We were just heading back to the house, have a safe trip." Giving them a nod she continues on quickly with Vishanti to their house.

Frostine Finnisson |

Appreciating how difficult it must be to let her friend go after just finding her again she gives Derika a nod, "We will, you be safe as well." She says before heading inside the common house as Thorgr holds the door open for her, "I wonder if it was hard for Jerrica to say goodbye to her friends? I wonder if we really did the right thing by not going with her....but that hot chocolate was really really good."

Frostine Finnisson |

She smiles, "Well, that sounds like it would be a lot of fun. Count us in. I'm glad you had a chance to visit before we had to leave again. Where's Rosa?" She asks, a hint of mild concern in her voice.

Frostine Finnisson |

She stretches and rubs her belly, "Well...I would say that sounds like a good idea, but I'm not sure it would be right now after everything that I ate and the TWO cups of hot delicious chocolate that I had." She yawns and stretches, "Well, I guess we'll just go up and relax while we wait for Woden? I think we have everything we need for the trip at this point right?"

Frostine Finnisson |

She nods, "Oooohhhhhhh....so that's what she was doing up there all day yesterday. Okay....I guess I missed a lot of things since we slept most of yesterday away. It's probably also why I pigged out at breakfast. I want to at least relax on something soft for a bit before we have to go again. We'll see you all in a little while."
Taking Thorgr's hand, she leads him back up to their room and kicks off her boots before carefully climbing up on the bed. Stacking the pillows up behind her for comfort and support she leans back and rests her hands on her tummy while letting out a little sigh.

Sigrdrífa Helmsdottir |

"Yeah, a little bit." Sig replies after considering the question, "though to be fair, trying to imagine what it must be like facing motherhood unexpectedly without a mother figure to help...it has to be a little overwhelming."
