About Frostine Finnisson

Vital Stats:
HP: 17 (3 FC)
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 115 lbs.
Speed: 30 ft.

Traits:
Strength Foretold (Magic): Once per day as a free action, you gain a +1 trait bonus to the DC of the saving throw of one of your bonus bloodline spells.

Rich Parents (Social): Your starting wealth increases to 900 gp.

Trained Skills:
Bluff +8 (+3 class mod +1 rank +4 mod)
Diplomacy +7 (+3 rank +4 mod)
Intimidate +9 (+3 class skill +2 rank +4 mod)
Perception +5 (+4 rank +1 mod)
Survival +8 (+3 class skill +4 rank +1 mod)

Feats:
Eschew Materials: You can cast any spell with a material component costing 1 gp or less without needing that component. The casting of the spell still provokes attacks of opportunity as normal. If the spell requires a material component that costs more than 1 gp, you must have the material component on hand to cast the spell, as normal.

Point-Blank Shot: You get a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls with ranged weapons at ranges of up to 30 feet.

Precise Shot: You can shoot or throw ranged weapons at an opponent engaged in melee without taking the standard –4 penalty on your attack roll.

Rapid Reload: The time required for you to reload your chosen type of weapon is reduced to a free action (for a hand or light crossbow), a move action (for heavy crossbow or one-handed firearm), or a standard action (two-handed firearm). Reloading a crossbow or firearm still provokes attacks of opportunity. If you have selected this feat for a hand crossbow or light crossbow, you may fire that weapon as many times in a full-attack action as you could attack if you were using a bow

Bloodline:
Bloodline Arcana:

Whenever you cast a spell with the cold descriptor, you may select one target of the spell to be slowed (as the spell) for 1 round. A Fortitude save (DC 10 + the level of cold spell + your Charisma modifier) negates the effect.

Bloodline Powers:

Cold Steel (Sp): At 1st level, you can touch a weapon or up to 50 pieces of ammunition as a standard action, giving it the frost property for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your sorcerer level (minimum 1).

Icewalker (Ex): At 3rd level, you gain resist cold 5 and can move across snow and icy surfaces without penalty and without leaving tracks. At 9th level, you gain resist cold 10 and can climb icy surfaces as if using spider climb.

Cold Weather Outfit: This outfit is designed for mountaineering or hunting and traveling in icy climates. It includes a coat of wool or thick animal fur, a linen shirt, a wool cap, a heavy cloak, a heavy skirt or pants, and waterproof leather boots. In some regions, the outfit may be composed primarily of fur and animal pelts. This outfit grants a +5 circumstance bonus on Fortitude saving throws against exposure to cold weather.

Sleeves of Many Garments: These translucent cloth tubes easily fit over their wearer's arms. The wearer of these sleeves can, when she slips them on, choose to transform her current garments into any other nonmagical set of clothing. These new clothes fit her perfectly and are always clean and mended unless she specifically designates otherwise. When she removes the sleeves, her clothes revert to their original form.

Appearance:
Starting out this is what Frostine looks like. She's just a girl with long light blond hair and eyes that are a bright shade of blue. Her eyes are bright with wonder and youth, but there is a vulnerability that she tries desperately to hide. Her skin is fair and soft, as if not exposed much to the elements. Though fair, her skin looks as if she had recently been exposed to sun since it looks slightly darker in some places than others. She wears layers of clothing to try and hide as much of her appearance as possible. Only those who try to observe could notice the subtle variations in skin tone. Her cheeks remain rosey, and her lips have a pinkish tint to them as well. To the casual observer she's nothing more than another traveler, and that's as is should be...at least for now.

Backstory:
I was born on the 5th of Forgefire to King Reginald and Queen Lorraine of the Kingdom of Kaerndal in the southern region of Odenheim. As I started growing it was very apparent that I was different from the other children in the surrounding area. A strange blue birthmark adorned my forehead and things just started happening that I couldn't explain. A patch of frozen ice here, a bowl of frozen fruit there...nothing major, nothing dangerous....but, people tend to fear what they don't understand and it didn't take long for word of the King's "cursed" daughter to spread.
One year my parents allowed me to go with them to a music festival in a town called Whistledown in the southern region of East Alairion. There were so many people and I was only six years old at the time....but, there are two things I distinctly remember about that time. The delicious sweets and meeting Goldi or Sugarsnap as she called herself. It was while at the Jolly Halfling Inn one evening that I met her.
Father was more than impressed with the knowledge of food and wines that Sugar's pa exhibited and was raving about them. I was trying to hide from all the people underneath one of the tables when Sugar found me. Somehow, for some reason she just made me feel so calm. She told me stories that her own pa told her and about all these strange and wonderful lands. After that I all but clung to her which blew my parents away. No one in their kingdom could figure out how to deal with me or my "unique" problem. The rumors of me never seemed to bother Sugar and we became such friends. We spent as much time with each other as possible, either at my parents castle or at the Jolly Halfling. Those were the best years of my life.
Then my world just sort of fell apart. One week before my 17th birthday my father came to me and told me I would be marrying some viking Prince from the Northern region after my birthday. I was devastated, and all I could do was nod my head. Feeling numb I went back to my room. I already knew Sugar and her pa would be coming with the newest supply of wine and to discuss plans for my birthday...but, it appeared for my wedding to someone I had never even met as well. Not knowing what else to do I laid down on my bed and cried while I waited for my friend to arrive.
