It does look from the map that a burst based cone (which cone of cold is) wouldnt actually hit me. Happy to go with whatever your decision is though.

Wraith avoids the cone completely, Yen partially avoids it, but Lasaraleen, Liv, and Kavor take the full effect. While Argenta is shielded by her position.
Liv then casts haste on the group and Lasaraleen channels needed healing.
Wraith rushes through toward the veela, but the hag hits her with a claw on the way passed, the hag grabs hold and stops Wraith in her tracks. The weird hag keeps tight hold of Wraith and rakes its claw across the rogue once more, laughing Hahahaha!

Kavor Doan takes a single Hasted move, scrambling along the wall and past the hag. He'll be just above her so he's not going through her square - he's climbing along the wall 5' or so above the water level. The hag is grappling so can't take AOOs.
Then he draws his Potion of Enlarge Person from his backpack, or as we called it in the Red Box days, Potion of Growth.
I think he can do that while under Spider Climb - if it works like the Climb skill, you need two hands to move, but if you are stationary you can hang on with one hand. If that wouldn't work, he'll start casting Still Enlarge Person and finish casting it with a standard next round.

@Liv - Wraith is a player not a monster in this case, I assume you want to target the "hag". Also, are you casting telekinetic fist and somehow shooting it with the bow?
Yes this is Core, to be honest I haven't been checking to closely, but please make sure you are only using stuff that is allowed under Core rules (CRB or items from chronicles)
Liv fires her force bow hitting the hag. Then Yen wades forward hitting the hag with his claws, he hits but they don't seem to damage it. Kavor climbs along above the battle and draws out his potion. Lasaraleen moves forward and channels the healing of the Dawnflower.

Thanks for the catch. I am not sure what I was looking at.

As the veela misses the tide turns in the battle. Liv's telekinetic fist punches the hag. Yen's grasp is well quite shocking, electricity races from dragon disciple to foes. Kavor's first attack misses, but his second slash from his waraxe finishes the hag, it sinks away into the icy pool.
Wraith's rapier drives deep into the veela finding the heart and as yeah removes it for another stab the veela also sinks dead into the water.

Onward you go deeper into the Ice Reservoir. Several tunnels lead into an expansive ice cavern, in which rests an enormous block of ice bound in chains that hang from the icicle-covered ceiling.
