DungeonMaster

Going to run this in campaign mode starting with the 2nd book and try to run 3rd book if possible. That means you don't need your SFS character, but it gets applied to an SFS character.

3rd level, 4700 credits to spend, any equipment that would be SFS legal is legal here. Any races that would be legal in SFS are legal here, you can play unlockable races if you did in fact unlock them (halfling, half-orc and a few alien archive races come to mind), the only difference is that you aren't spending the boon to unlock it. You can play a skittermancer if you did in fact play skittershot, but have not yet checked off all the boxes. You can play one of the GM gameday race boons if you did in fact GM a SFS game this gameday, even though we haven't got our boons yet.

I think Pilot is the only one that's technically necessary. Captain is probably the least mandatory of all (shhh! don't tell your boss).

Yea that’s why I was asking. It seems the capitain is the least essential. If we were to have one role empty I think it should be the capitain.

I appreciate your desire to move things along, but I, too, haven't found this game boring. It's true that K'Klacklun is not my most social character, so I have been leaving most of the discussion for other PCs to pursue.

Oh, each task takes 1d4-1 hours, and there are three (computers, cameras and physical evidence), not each roll for each task. Klacklun, you actually completed that computers task in 1 hour. You rolled a 2 and you subtract that 1. Going to update now.

Considering the lashunta weave armor, I realized that I didn't make purchases for K'Klacklun (beyond what my second level, SFS version already has). So, at present, K'Klacklun just has a bunch of credits.

Can we assume that purchases can be made near the university before we head out into less civilized/friendly places?

Does someone want to be my bonded ally? That would mean that in combat, harrying and covering fire Will Do +4 to me and you.

Combat Bond (Ex) - 4th Level
You can train together with an ally whose Intelligence score is at least 1, forming a combat bond between you and the target creature. This training process takes 1 hour, and you can have only one bonded ally at a time. If you form a new combat bond with a creature, any previously formed combat bond is lost. No creature can be the bonded ally of two centurions.

At 10th level, you can spend 1 Resolve Point to form a combat bond with an ally who can see or hear you as a standard action.

Whenever you gain a bonus from covering fire or harrying fire provided by your bonded ally (or vice versa), the bonus increases to +4. When you are the captain of a ship and successfully use the encourage action on your bonded ally (or vice versa), the bonus granted increases to +4.
