Torture devices fill this large chamber, from racks and iron maidens to spiked chairs and vises. Most of the implements are stained with fresh blood, and a coppery tang fills the air. A wide staircase in the northeast corner leads down. Double doors stand in an alcove near the staircase, as well as in the south and west walls. The western wall of the room is dominated by a large apparatus with conical brass horns, fluted pipes pierce the ceiling, and oily tubes snaking from the apparatus to each of the torture devices. An odd, low wailing emanates from the machine like a faraway scream. Tinkering with the apparatus is a dark skinned human woman with short reddish hair and dark eyes.

Penith, you realise that the device is designed to extract fluids from whoever is in or on the torture devices. As you and Trevor work the dials a strange look comes over the woman's face.
"So you're a doctor are you? Funny thing is this institution doesn't have a medical staff." As she says this a change comes over her.Her skin becomes scaly, her jaw elongates and she grows in size. Standing in front of you is an ebony dragon with red frills that appear terribly contorted and trails shadows.
