Let's be real, considering my str and 3/4 bab, me trying to bullrush or overrun wouldn't do much other than letting the enemy get an AoO :P
I would try to use spells to blind them, but they are already blinded, and I expect it would be more useful for me to conserve spells in order to grant save rerolls vs the enemy's energy drain anyhow

Saving your spells is a good idea. I already blinded the creature. It can't take aoos when blind, its CMD is lower due no dex and -2 to AC which I believe applies.

Trevor's hammer smashes into the creature, followed a few seconds later by debris from Penith and Atajay's silver arrow. It looks as if it is barely holding itself together. And then Bitey comes in, tearing out the creature's jugular and it is no more.
As the creature dies there is is a sudden release of black energy affecting everyone within 30 feet.

"Oh... you should not have said that." Penith moans in worry, looking for salt to toss or a shoe to rub, but then realizes she doesn't have any of those and they were all probably going to die, so she simply glares at Trevor and follows the others.
This short hallway ends at a door. Senn you do find a trap on the floor near the closed door.
