What knowledge check? It's likely fast healing but if it's regeneration we have to stop it. Usually fire acid or special metal.

The choker reaches out with it lashing grey tentacle arms. The second grabs the tatterman throat preventing it from speaking or casting spells that require his voice. The choker tightens it grip doing more damage.

Trevor there is now room for you to have a flanking partner.

If I had to guess I would say it's undead, outsider, aberrations, or monstrous humanoid. So, religion, planes, engineering, or nature. But it's likely a unique creature (or templated/class levelled) because I have never seen it before. In other words, I have no idea.

With the choker's attack the Tatterman lies dead. As it does so there is a great cry and the mist both in and around the asylum immediately disippates. You can see the asylum is on an island, across the water is a small town.

You head back to the room where the doctor was, there has been a mini riot- the apostles appear to have all killed themselves. The doctor is not there but his white coat has been left behind.

A few moments later Winter arrives and says she is going to start ferrying the inmates over to Thrushmoor.

Senn walks to the boat.

If we have rest/recovery days at any point Senn will be able to cast lesser restoration to start bringing down peoples sanity damage. Just ask her if you start getting concerned. She can also cast masterwork transformation (300gp for a weapon, 150 for armour) it's more economical than selling and re-buying if you like your current weapon.


You can have a day's rest if you want, this part of the campaign is not time sensitive
