Milo and Quinray lead the way into the clearing where the kobolds have obviously removed all the moon radishes that were once growing here. A primitive trail exits the far side of the clearing and disappears into the woods. Milo sees signs of the kobolds recent flight down the trail and heads up the trail.

Four kobolds are surprised as they are setting sacks down on the ground.

Kentaur, Ibram, and Quinray flail about wishing they could cleave some more leaves off trees.

The two kobolds capable of combat yell out and stab with their spears towards Quinray and Kentaur, penetrating Kentaur's stout armor at the shoulder joint.

The last kobold flails ineffectively with its spear.

Quinray does a poor job of copying Milo:

Ibram and Milo combine to take down one the kobolds. Kentaur heals while Tirnel's mouth gapes open in surprise. Meanwhile, Quinray nearly shoots himself in the foot with his arrow as his bowstring slips from his sweaty fingers just as he begins his pull.

A flask of oil comes down from somewhere above the party striking the stone floor of the cave and splashing Milo, Kentaur, Tirnel and Quinray (1 point of fire damage each).

Ibram's armor and nimble dance moves keep him from being struck by the spears of the kobolds, he quickly glances back over his shoulder at his companions as if to say "how about some help guys?"

Kentaur takes down a kobold smashing in its head with his morningstar. Tirnel finally finds a kobold that shrugs off his spell. Milo gets a spear in the side while Quinray steps nimbly aside.
