Good Downtime ideas both I/C and OOC.

When everyone has checked in I will begin to post what you find. In some instances rolls will need to be made to discover information.

I will start to move Gameplay forward tomorrow night for those who have already given me some direction in Downtime.

Is everything they will need being paid for. Supplies, books, food, ect in this time? Or would Phoebe have to work during the two months?

Phoebe is covered for costs AND getting paid.

I guess the question though is WHO is paying her...

When we finalize Christopher and Thomas' last Downtime checks we will fast forward to the summer of '33. I wish I could fast forward to the spring at the moment in RL :-)

Work is getting crazy. Will not be able to post again until Saturday or Sunday.

I'm not sure, but since this is not a high fantasy game where we'd need swords and armors and potions, and we generally have quite a lot of money, perhaps each of us could make a list of what we want to bring (being reasonable of course... no grenade launchers for Thomas)...

If this is the case, Thomas would bring his writing stuff (generally notebooks and pencils), winter clothes, a knife and handgun... not sure what else...

Sorry I had a bad few days. I would be interested in the lunch thing to get to know people. But moving along is fine too. Apparently it ate my post. I hate my phone.

I'd be fine moving along as well, if that's the consensus. I don't want to make this a choke point or anything. I'd be content to have a sort of "they go to lunch, fade to black" and then I'll have Stanley feel a bit more comfortable around the people who were interested in going from the next day on.

Arnault grew up and studied Archeaology in Berlin. He recently moved to the states and applied for a position at Miskatonic U. He had read all about the reports from the first expedition and was keen to study some of the artefacts. With the new expedition about to leave he hopes to get the chance to recover some of the items that were left behind and a chance to study some artefacts on site.

Well hello everyone! Thank you so much for letting me tag along. I've sort of developed an early stage romance with Call of Cthulhu RPG, so this is exciting!

Seamus has been gone for almost two weeks, I will give him another week to chime in before I open recruitment again.

I will give one more 24 hour period for posting then will move the scene on to the next day at the Hotel in the morning.

No worries, with the bundle slowing the site down all games have been moving pretty slow this week.

FYI Thomas will be away n vacation and may be posting spotty for the next week.

It seems Seamus has vanished, I will be opening up Recruitment to replace him.
