Problem with Paizo Order # 3472656

"We are eager to ship your products, but we need your help. When we requested authorization for your order on February 17, 2015, we received a "transaction declined" message. Please go to your My Payment Methods page to review your billing information."

Dear Customer Support,

As soon as I received your email notification I contacted my credit card company and they informed me that this transaction was authorized and billed on their side.

I even confirmed my billing address and it is the same I informed you in my order.

Please let me know how should I proceed.

The message we are getting from our credit card processor is that it is some kind of issue with the billing address.

While your bank may be willing to open the transaction as a pending authorization, we will not be able to finalize any charges through that. As we do not finalize any charges until items ship from our warehouse, these are just temporary authorizations that will expire from your account. I would recommend double checking the billing name and address one more time. Our credit card processor tends to err on the side of being too cautious, so it may be something as simple as capitalization, spacing, punctuation, or abbreviations being different.

If the system giving you any trouble with updating things to make them match, please feel free to email us your billing name and address, and we should be able to enter things so that they match up on our side.
