"Excellent work," Jeneva acknowledges with a nod toward the mage. She slides the flat of the blade across her leg, brushing off any clinging sand or dirt, then returns it to its scabbard. "Let us hope it will not be as frustrating to exit, when the time comes."
With the path clear, she moves ahead to lead the way into the isle's interior, assured her companions will be not far behind.
Here goes nothing....

DMTFY |

Jeneva: The corridor revealed beneath the dirt is made from plain flagstones, roughly hewn and fitted together. The ceiling is about 20' above your head and thickly strewn with cobwebs. The passage is 20' wide and 30' long at the far end is a pair of large, wooden double doors with great iron pull-rings.
You should be able to move your character and edit it with any info you want to add

Skiron saunters into the corridor, and his eyes roll about the room.
I use my detect secret doors spell-like ability.

The dancer may be able to see a ways into the darkness, but she is fairly aware many of her companions may not. She takes a step further, clearing the way for those coming in behind her, and draws a stone from one of her pockets. It glows with a white fire glimmering within, and sets itself in orbit around her head as soon as she releases it, lighting the chamber around them with an ivory glow.
Activating ioun torch. That way the party member(s) without Darkvision can see.

Simon Demarkus |

Simon patiently waits outside the hole to let his companions venture forth first.
Though he does cast a quick spell so that his group can communicate.
(Message. Unless there's a reason not to Simon recasts the spell to keep his group in communication. The easiest way to work this spell is to consider it like Walkie Talkies.)

Is that the square you want to be in? because you and Jeneva can occupy the same square(remember every square is 10')
Um, okay, I actually meant to be in the square behind Ravens, but didn't realize each was 10' - I guess I'll go with Jeneva.
Skiron knocks back a small vial of black sludge.
false life: 1d10 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
These will last 9 hours or until depleted.

Skiron sighs lightly.
"Where's a valet when one needs one?"
He raises his hand, trembling and crooked-fingered, at one of the far corners of the room. From it leaps a creature that looks more than anything else like a cross between a jaguar and a hatchetfish. Its massive eyes are shut tight for some reason.
For my next trick: A fiendish Hound of Tindalos with the Magic Attacks, Pounce, and Tremorsense Evolutions!
The thing pivots around, rears on its hind legs, and pulls the doors open for the assemblage.

DMTFY |

Skiron:Cool creature, I like the part where it says only reckless spellcasters would even attempt to summon one.
If you look on the map, you will see the origins of the classic phrase "Rocks fall, you die" indicated by my horrible scribbling. Rocks fall: 10d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 4, 1, 1, 3, 6, 1, 4, 6) = 36 damage to the Hound.
Since the rest of you are in the first 10' you have no worries.

Ravens the Birdmaster |

Ravens smirks as the magical puppy immediately proves its worth. He is impressed by Skiron's guile and lack of worry for the safety of his pet.
"Nice puppy. I wonder how long it will last here," Ravens smirks and moves forward.
Ravens looks at the door for more interesting traps (or a resetting one).
1d20 + 15 ⇒ (15) + 15 = 30 Perception

Simon Demarkus |

Simon Steps inside.
Moved myself on the map. Molly, unless otherwise states stays behind the group and as out of the way as possible. She's around, but I want her out of fireball range.

"Quite a warm greeting," she remarks with dry sarcasm. With the obvious egress blocked, she begins searching along the walls, slowly, for signs of another passage - a hidden doorway or perhaps a switch of some sort.
Perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (14) + 11 = 25 Beginning search on the area of the wall just south of where we entered, and moving counterclockwise around the room.

"I was afraid of that. Very well then." She cracks her neck loudly as she moves toward the pile of stones. "Assistance would be appreciated, but if you feel yourselves unable, do make yourselves comfortable, this will take time."

Jeneva - Gargant Hulk |

Beneath the new-formed helm, Jeneva twists her neck one last time, eliciting another echoing crunch of bone and cartilage, then sets to the long, arduous labor of clearing the stones away from the door. Her work is quiet, at least bar the noise made by shifting and lifting the boulders, and meticulous and unrushed; she is apparently unconcerned for the passing of time.
Enter Masquerade using mask Gargant Hulk. In addition to her rage powers, she becomes Large with the usual benefits and penalties thereof: +8 Strength, +4 Constitution, +2 natural armor, –2 Dexterity,–1 size penalty to AC and attack rolls, +1 CMB and CMD, –2 Fly, –4 Stealth, 10-foot reach.
She also activates her Task Reveler feat. She immediately spends 2 rounds of Rage instead of 1, but as long as she is performing a non-combat task (in this case, Strength checks to move boulders) her Rage does not consume more Rage rounds and lasts as long as she needs it to.

Jeneva - Gargant Hulk |

Works for me. Jeneva won't have much to say unless someone else speaks to her, so if the others want to do things or converse while she works feel free. =)

Skiron's creature assists the behemoth in the rubble-clearing for the next 9 minutes, at which point it abruptly vanishes from existence, as though whatever had been dreaming of the horror had abruptly woken up.
It has a Strength and Dexterity both of 21, so it should be a pretty able assistant while it lasts.

Jeneva - Gargant Hulk |

Jeneva moves up to the doorway, now that the path is cleared, hauling one of the boulders with her. If the apparent blocking wall that the Hound saw before is still there, she attempts to push/throw the boulder through it, to test if it is an illusion... or another trap.

"Trap entryways - this, comrades, is a tomb constructed by those who knew what they were doing. Call this low-hanging fruit, but I'm going to venture that the true entrance is somewhere else."

Simon Demarkus |

or there is no entrance and one has to report to get to the safe zone. Therefore, one has to know where they're going. Which we don't."
Simon says dryly.

I return to the surface and walk around a bit with detect secret doors to see if that reveals any OTHER hidden entrances.

DMTFY |

Ravens: Sorry about that, I should not post before I have caffeinated fully Indeed as you begin a thorough search above ground probing the ground for weaknesses. You are rewarded by discovering a spot where your probe meets no resistance.
After spending a few minutes clearing the area, You see that another egress is in the hill. Same drill as before folks, the ground is crisscrossed with petrified roots. So it is going to take some work
Skiron: While Ravens is probing You scan the area for secret doors and do not detect any

Jeneva - Gargant Hulk |

The armor-clad behemoth makes her way back to the entrance, squeezing through the narrow egress if necessary, and returns to the surface. She follows Ravens to the location he discovered and, unless directed otherwise, begins ripping out roots and shoveling aside debris with her enormous clawed hands.

Jeneva - Gargant Hulk |

"The opening thus far should allow access for us, if we are willing to endure some discomfort in the process," the armored giant finally announces, tossing aside the latest armful of broken roots and loose sandstone. "If we wish a more cooperative egress, it will take some further time."

Simon Demarkus |

Shortly after Ravens enters Simon will slip in as well,
Just to make it look easy
Escape artist 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19
Acrobatics 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (18) + 12 = 30

DMTFY |

The passageway is about 10' high and constructed from plain blocks of stone. At the far end you can just make out the outline of 2 doors at the very end of the long corridor.
Remember the passageway is 60' long x 20' wide
Ravens:No worries the site was down for like 3 hours last night, as far as the devils finding an entrance...
Simon: So you dive through headfirst, tumble in mid-air and land on your feet. *Holds up sign with a 10 on it*

"That answers that." Jeneva surrenders the mask, her body quickly shrinking back down to its normal height and her bulky armor dissolving - most of it crumbling into grey dust that blows away in a previously-nonexistent wind, but some returning to its original violet-grey hue and soft texture as bone and chitin becomes hair once again. She follows the two men into the descending corridor, one hand on her blade's hilt as she enters the newly-unearthed chamber.

Ta'ruk |

Ta'ruk follows the others into the new entrance. He stands next to Simon and has his Lucerne Hammer ready. "So, after the last false door, who wants to check this door?" asks Ta'ruk.
