Arrrrrrr, walk the plank, scallywag and all that. This be pirates and so do ye be.
Impositions:
Disgraceful Impositions:
Yes, Sir!: For the next hour, the PCs’ crew completes any mundane tasks they’re assigned in half the expected time. This typically relates to Craft and Profession (sailor) checks made to prepare, maintain, or repair the ship, and cannot be applied to combat or more complex deeds like crafting magic items. Costs 2 Disrepute.
Captain’s Orders!: As a standard action, a PC on board her ship can cast fog cloud, heroism, make whole, quench, or whispering wind with a caster level equal to her character level. Costs 5 Disrepute.
Walk the Plank!: The PCs may sacrifice one crew member or prisoner to grant themselves and their crew one of two bonuses: either a +2 bonus on all skill checks or a +2 bonus on attack rolls. These bonuses only apply while on board the PCs’ ship and last until either the next day or when the captain leaves the ship. If a sacrificed character is returned to life, the PCs and their crew members take a –2 penalty on both skill checks and attack rolls for 1 day. Costs 5 Disrepute.
Get Up, You Dogs!: Every PC and allied character on the deck of the PCs’ ship is affected as per the spell cure light wounds, as if cast by a cleric of the PCs’ average party level. This imposition can only be used once per week. Costs 10 Disrepute.
Despicable Impositions:
5: Lashings!: Your ship's speed doubles for 1 day.
5: Shiver Me Timbers!: While on board their ship, the PCs and their entire crew can reroll initiative or roll initiative in what would otherwise be a surprise round. The benefit of this imposition can be used immediately, but only once per week.
10: Besmara’s Blessings!: As a standard action, a PC on board her ship can cast animate rope, control water, remove curse, remove disease, or water breathing with a caster level equal to her character level.
10: Dead Men Tell No Tales!: While on board their ship, the PCs can use this imposition to automatically confirm a threatened critical hit.

Note: "Incinerated" is fluff...I think Ixrul forgot to update his HP, because Sandra Channeled for +14 HP to everyone. Also you get a Ref save for half whenever you post your next action.

Not quite. Glyphs of Warding are permanent, so he used a scroll for this one, and then used it to deliver Flamestrike, at his Caster Level of 9. If it were just a Blast Glyph it would have been 4d8.
Meaning the DC was 21, so you fail. Which puts you at 16+14-29 = 1 HP.

"Just as planned."
Ixrul casts infernal healing on himself before casting detect magic on the treasure in the room. He also checks if there is a locking mechanism on the inside.

You don't find the spellbook. Nobody knows where the spellbook is.
The spellbook is not somewhere you can find it.
It's not even in town, for all you know.
Edit: Guys, this is just like any other Plunder grabbing mission. You get a bunch of trade goods, expensive furniture, spices, silks, that sort of thing, that adds up to a certain amount of Plunder.
I can roll on the random items table and subtract it from the 5 Plunder you get, if you want.

The main issue with the throne is you don't know what it is, so you don't know wat it's worth. You'd need to visit a library to re-roll History with a small bonus.
What plunder are you in the mood for?
-Another town (moderate to high difficulty, moderate to high rewards)
-A merchant vessel (low difficulty, low reward)
-Another pirate vessel (high difficulty, very high reward)

The most promising target within your means is a slightly larger port town on one of the small isles that dot the Shackles. This one is likely to be hazardous in a different way, as there's a good chance the sentries will see your ship coming from afar, and mount an effective counterattack long before you reach the island proper.

... I really want these power components. I suppose I have no other choice.
Ixrul will purchase the following power components. (I'm using Archives of Nethys because that has the same stuff you'd find on the d20pfsrd alchemical equipment page, but focused on the reagents exclusively. It is official paizo material.)
Shopping List:
Salt 5 SP x 4 = 2 GP
Myrrh 5 SP x 2 = 1 GP
Gold 5 GP x 3 = 15 GP
Magnesium 1 GP x 5 = 5 GP
Phosphorus 2 SP x 5 = 1 GP
Spirit of Wine 5 SP x 6 = 3 GP
Total: 27 GP
Also, would it be possible to use power components in scroll crafting? I think it technically would - you expend it in crafting like another component. If so, he'll do that on the Fly scroll crafted earlier with magnesium - obviously by waiting until reaching port. Assuming that's allowed.
He will also buy a bandolier and a waterproof bag (on which he will cast Extended Book Ward, rendering it entirely waterproof) for 5 SP each. He will store his scrolls in the bag and his metamagic rods on the bandolier.
