Sgt. Drakus stumbles a little as he is hit.
"Bastard! Let's get him!" He will surge forward to get into combat with the attacker.


Panish follows after Sgt Drakus as swiftly as he can. He brandishes his shield - the symbol of Iomedae glowing brightly as he does so - and lays his hand on the burly warrior. A soothing blue shimmer radiates out from the point of touch, soothing over some of the wounds the veteran has received.

along with a full-length mirror propped up against one earthen wall. Up near the ceiling is a flying derro.

His initiative is top of the round, but this turn he flew away from you to get a better position. He's flying above the bed now.

Drakus is still able to reach the low-flying derro. Slashing at it, he opens a wicked wound in the Derro's chest.


Panish gets close to Donagar, readying himself to strike at the flying critter if he comes. "Iomedae will fell you, foul master of the dead!" Ready action to attack, and declare smite on the derro

Marra pronounces judgment of destruction on the the derro (swift action) as she raises her crossbow to fire. The bolt skips off the ceiling.

In addition, without a reach weapon, you can't hit the derro at the ceiling, it's just too high up for your stature.

Apologies all, this weekend snuck up on me big time, Gam3rCon, and I was running games, missed ComicCon, cuz my hook-up fell through...but good time was had by all, plus on Thursday night, had PFS game to play in. So from Thursday Night on, I was running around crazed...I'll update today, I hope, trying to catch up on everythign else after a con weekend.

Marra begins to realize what Panish is doing, and calls out in a booming voice, that only an inquisotor can master. "Foul creature of the depths, you shall not pass this day, you shall fall and forever be forgotten amongst your own kind as well as ours, none shall sing your name, as none shall know it."

Intimidate1d20 + 14 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 14 + 4 = 26 (DC18) had to add the size bonus in there. Med vs. Small = +4 to intimidate

You all hear the little psychotic's voice break and stagger in it's insane mumbling, not for long, but the seeds of doubt have been placed. Shaken 1rd+1rd for beating it by 5 or more.(could have been 5 rounds had I rolled high enough)

your AoO missed, and now he's inside the polearm's reach. The he touched you and you felt a wave of cold weakness overcome you, as some of your lifeforce ebbed out of you.

Donagar shouts, "Nows yer comin down tah play!" You hear the clang of the weapon hitting something, soft, possibly the bed. Then you hear a dark sounding spell followed by a grunt from Donagar, as you all stand int he adjoining hallway, just at the edge of the unnatural darkness.

spellcraft DC18:
it sounds as though the derro cast some sort of necromantic spell, ghoul touch or vampiric touch perhaps.

you only drop it if you want to, I was saying the fluff the heard was a swing and a miss which hit the bed. but he's inside your reach now, so either you have to take a step or switch weapons...maybe even grapple? do whatever, but you did take 12 dmg from his spell
