There's a serious lack of trapfinding in this application field for a group that plans to pose as smugglers and rescue people from pirates. Do either of the rogues submitted plan on filling that role? (And in Jumpin' Johnny's case, do you plan on dropping the swashbuckler archetype if the group doesn't have trapfinding at all?)
Yeah definitely can. The concept works just as well without swashbuckler.

I have an idea for an elemental cleric. ideal He'd (maybe she) would have connections to all 4 elements, but that's all mostly flavor. Mechanically he'd have two elemental domains (Air and Fire are my top picks, but I'm open to suggestions). I have an idea for armor he will eventually create called "flying fish armor." It's gives a swim speed and allows one to make jumps from the water with appropriate bonuses. Also has a glide feature, eventually. ;-)

Everyone will have just hit level 2 when you come in, so go ahead and make one to match. The point buy was 25.
I do like the Storm Druid archetype since I don't have to deal with animal companions.
You will start with max gold, but your equipment won't exactly be on your character. My plan was to introduce whatever healer I found as a captive on the pirate ship my players just captured. You were deemed too valuable to kill and were taken either for their own use or to sell to the highest bidder at a slave market.

Stat up your druid then and I'll look it over.

Just saw this. Will update sheet, but you can take a look at the level one for a good baseline.

For you consideration, Daniel Vesper.
Background
Born to a wealthy merchant family, Daniel moved from a very young age to Sargava from Westcrown. Having never known his country of birth and not being one of the nobility, Daniel grew up rich on the streets of the colony. The 4th son of 9 children, Daniel found it easy to slip away, and would often spend time on the docks, watching the merchant ships unload cargo from across Golarion in exchange for exotic spices and animals from the Mwangi interior.
It is during his time on the docks that Daniel began to notice the fairer sex, for many noblemen came to oversee cargo or spend time on luxury vessels. Being far more interested in their daughters, it was not long before he was being chased with some regularity along the streets of Sargava, some insulted noble or put out suitor hot on his heels.
It is during his itinerant youth that Daniel met an old priest of Gozrah, and intrigued by this barbarian religion Daniel began to spend more time with M'kan, and although he lacked the wisdom to become a cleric of that deity, when his oracular powers manifested later in life, they did so with a bent towards water and life instead of fire, and his parents were not pleased.
Appearance
Daniel is tall and handsome, his eyes a sparkling blue like the sea, although they turn to grey when he is angry. He is not the strongest or wisest of men, but he is smart and fast. He often tries to use his tongue to get out of situations, but all too often he fails. It was during one of these failures that he gained his limp, falling out of a 4 story window onto the hard pavement below. Although he tries not to show it, he is quite bitter over this, and will refuse all offers of aid. He hopes one day that his powers, granted by Gozrah and focused on the energy of life, will allow him to heal this weakness. Daniel shaves religiously, and likes keeping his black hair trimmed close to his scalp.
Party Role
Daniel is a dedicated healer. As an Oracle of Life with the Channel Positive Energy revelation, his healing ability rivals a cleric.

I can't think of the name of the race, but it's in the Bestiary 2. The sub race of humans who spent too much time on the shadow plane. I've got an idea for a rogue-ish character who's actually a straight cleric with the travel and trickery domains. I can easily see him as a swashbuckler type.
Is that exotic and interesting enough while still maintaining the need for healing?
