Both Adin and Meredian have good points, but this is so minor I fail to see why there's an issue.

Technically, Meredian is right. Just because he went down there, doesn't mean that what he found was anything important. Remember, Pinky is a Ninja not any class that has magickal knowledge or know how. Plus, he seems kinda excitable, so it's believable that all he found was a really precious gem stone, that he assumes is magickal.

Everybody, please just chill. I love this game, you players have been great, the PCs are badass and awesome and I am having a lot of fun running you guys. Just dial back the bickering some, ok?

I think a big part of the problem is that your trying to be in charge of the other PCs. I get that your the captain, and I know that as such your lord and master as it were on your ship and of your crew.

HOWEVER, the PCs are not nor should they be treated as crew. They are your allies and often friends(not in this game...yet) and each is as powerful as Adinauf in their own way. None of them, I'm guessing, enjoys being told what to do, especially by a fellow PC.

I'm playing in a mercenary game, where my 2nd level PC has just recently become the Lt of his squad. However, whenever he "gives orders" there more like suggestions and advise than actual "Do this, ya lazy bastard" comments. The PC, whose a Keleshite by the way, could totally take on the whole attitude of bossing around his PCs, but whenever I go to make a post where I might do just that, I always avoid it, because I don't want to aggravate or annoy my fellow players.

I, as the GM of this game, do NOT want to loose Adin. While there's been some issues with him as IG, I like the character a lot and I like you as a player. So my vote is no to being out of the picture. We have these boards here in order to resolve differences, so lets do just that. I would hope we're all old and mature enough to talk out what the problems may be, and work towards fixing them, FOR ALL INVOLVED.

Like you suggested I avoid giving orders, which if you look over my post I have given no real orders to any PC. He has done nothing to warrent such resentment which is starting to annoy me. I mean almost every other post having to do with him is some ill thought or snide remark. If its that big a deal I rather get rid of him.

Then clearly we need to find out if any of the other PCs have issues or if this is all RP. Which if it is, I would prefer to do without.

I was *hoping* that the combat would help form some bonds of camaraderie tween the group, but apparently that didn't happen.

Kolm and I are going to go beat each other senseless if you want to join in Adin. Sadly though I am pretty sure the walking wall will beat me senseless before I can do it to him.

I assume Adin is refering to me. I have no problem with the role play parts of the conversation. I rather like having an in-character rival. It's kind of fun. I think some of the in-character acitons may have misinterpreted as OOC by others.
I don't think my actions have been objectionable, but If I'm mistaken I'm open to a constructive discussion on the subject. I will admit that I may have been overly snide once or twice, but I also apologized for that at the time. Generally however, I don't percieve my actions as being the ones causing overal issues.
At this point I would suggest forgiving and forgetting everything that has already happened and starting fresh as the best course of action. Sound good?

At this level you'll probably want wand mastery if you want viable offensive wands. In the other game my wizard has the feat and several low levee caster (ie cheap) wands for crap tons of offense.

I know the feat you're talkin about, vaguely, but it's not Wand Mastery, at least not in PF. Wand Mastery is a class feature that let's one use a specific stat to set the DC of the spell.
