Bow before my half dragon awesomeness but on a serious note I cannot wait to argue with Meredian. Also to bad for you Meredian but Pinky is going to side with me well hopefully we dragons got to stick together. Now to have to figure out what type of mount to get I like Dragon Horses and yes I know they are CR 9 creatures but can I have one if we nerf it? If not can I get something that looks like a Dragon horse?

Meredian rolls his eyes at the dragon's comments. He then thinks to himself, "Think what you want wyrm. I'll have your hide for boots if you cross me.
He then says in a jovial melodious voice, "Greetings, Traverlers I am Meredian Adriantnaic. Magus extrodinaire. " He finishes with a flourished bow.

A slight frown creases the brow of the short, pretty girl with bright acid-green eyes and tiny fangs. Her gaze wanders over the people standing next to her with a somewhat distracted air, as if she is not completely paying attention. This changes when Meredian introduces Pinky, at which point her eyes finally focus on the tiny Pseudodragon and her expression clears.
"Oh, he is so cute!" she exclaims.

"He is a bit fragile, so be gentle when you play with him." Meredian says with a grin turning to look at Pinky as he finishes.
You know I'm going to save the rest of the in player stuff for the actual game thread. ;-)

Well looking at mounts for cavalier the mount acts like a animal companion and my levels equal druid levels. Which for 11th level is 9 HD so that helps me find something that I can get as a mount as long as it is under 9 HD.
Sorry to butt in but you could use a dracolisk, wyvern, or just find something you like and add the half dragon template.
Here are some ideas, half dragon hydra CR 6, half dragon pegasus CR 5, half dragon unicorn CR 5, half dragon hippogriff CR 4, and half dragon giant eagle CR 5.
If your not going for the dragon theme some of those would still work. But most would need to be advanced to reach 9 HD. Hope that helps some.

Adinauf had some nice ideas there I also had a list which I am going to put along with the HD for them.
Hippogriff 3 HD
Griffon 5 HD
Pegasus 4 HD
Wyvern 7 HD
Flame Drake 6 HD this one if I can get a Neutral flame drake.
Most of these I will need to do a side quest to get since currently I have no mount I need to find one. If that is okay with everyone doing a side quest to help me find a mount.

Or you could have a spellcaster use Form of the Dragon and have him say "Are you going to help my little brother or do I have to get medieval on you?"
But really depending on the mount you could just agree to form a kind of pact with each other or contract if its one of those types. I would avoid bribes as someone always has more coin. Maybe do something in exchange for its service, like save it's mate or if someone captured it then set it free on the condition that it helps you.
If your not picky as it were you could always have a geas placed on it, but that kinda evil unless its an insurance against betrayal which is more neutral borderline good.

Not that I know of Monkeygod still has to pick the last three players along with getting the list on people who want to use their characters as npcs. On the mount front I think I will want to go with either a Griffon or a Pegasus trying to go out of the dragon theme here. What do you guys think?

Just take a Pegasus and make it draconic. It'll be mechanically identical to a Pegasus, but instead of bludgeoning hooves they'll be slashing claws. etc. Give it a new name like "dragonne" or something.
pegasi are actually really good for conversion because they're Intelligent. Just change the fluff and you're good to go.

Its all up to you Avlar, don't worry about the mounts alignment or anything as I looked over the class for their mount section and as long as the DM ok's it your mount is loyal and trusty. :)
Personally few flying mounts are not cool in my book, so it depends more on your style for the PC.
PS- In 3e dnd their is a monster called dragonne which is basically a draconic horse. They can be trained as mounts too.

I want one of those two mounts it just need Monkeygod's approval for it and group's since to get either one need to do some form of side quest. I do not just want to go well I want this mount and since I cannot buy it everyone has to come along on a side quest with me to get it. Even if it just a few people want to come with than at least can put spoilers in posts to keep game going while doing mount side quest. It is suppose to be a game of fun and I do not want to lower the other peoples fun.

You have heard of an island of beast both rare and powerful, thru the blessing of some god or nature itself they live in harmony. Yet this island of wonder is unknown on any modern map and its legend makes it clear that while the natives are bound from violence towards one another this protection does not extend to outsiders. So while it may have been stumbled on thru the ages, none have survived or dared her sense.
Does that sound like a place most adventures would pass up or not have fun in? ;)

I am here, and it turns out I won't be defending the BBEG. I will defend my squishies and you shall be mine and you shall be my squishies. Sorry for the Disney parodical statement.
On a related note, I have no idea what to do for a boon, other than what we briefly went over.

It's not so much the AC per se, as the fact that the Armiger's job is to be hit on the head. The position evolved as follows:
"The orcs have almost broken through the South Gate!"
"We have to get around behind them, it's our only chance."
"But that'll take hours! We need to block them somehow ... Kolm!"
"Yes?"
"Go to the South Gate and let the orcs hit you on the head for an hour!"
"Should I ... fight them?"
"No, just put on all your armor and let them hit you on the head! And don't let them pass! Keep them distracted with your head!"
"As you command, general!"
Thus was the Armiger class born.

o.o sorry for the lateness! To be honest, I didn't think I was going to be picked until my friend told me I did XD I don't know what exactly is going on so i just need a refresh and told what to do. I won't be able to post until later tonight after work. Once told, I'll try to get rolling on in XP

Meredian Adriatnaic |

Ok. I'll write up a more detailed history today.
What's Masters blood?
Alsoin regard to my history What's more helpful for plot;
My house has been destroyed and I'm presumed dead.
My house is fine and I was sent to "find my fortune."
My house is trying to kill me.
or does it really not matter?

Subject to DM approval (as always) I added my background. It's a draft, but it gets the point across I think.
Meridian was born to a noble matron mother deep in the Darklands. Angry at herself for not birthing a daughter Meridian's mother immediately gave him to her least favorite daughter to raise. Meridian didn’t see his mother again for thirty years. He was raised by his sister Daphanae in the family cathedral. She taught him the basics of their race and how to use his powers and what was expected of him, but little else. He knew from an early age that his only purpose in life was to be a puppet of his mother and sisters. He did not care for that.
When he was of age Meridian was sent for the trials. The trials are a horrific Drow ritual designed to simultaneously weed out the weak and discover the young one’s aptitudes. It was discovered that meridian had a penchant for Magecraft. He was immediately sent to the academy.
Meridian survived for five years the assassination attempts of his rivals while simultaneously offing one or two of his own on occasion. Meridian spent almost all of his relatively little time in the library pouring over ancient tomes to try and find any bit of lore that would give him an edge over his competitors. One such faithful day Meridian noticed an unusually large gap between two of the bookcases. It was a secret hallway that led to a previously unknown room. One of Meridian’s rivals was attempting a summoning ritual that Meridian knew was well above this novice’s ability. From a place of stealth and safety Meridian watched for the right moment. When that moment came Meridian used a very minor magic to disrupt the summoning circle. The demon then slew the-would be summoner, looked Meridian dead in the eye, and vanished. In addition to the mangled body and disrupted summoning circle, this room had volumes of books Meridian had never read before. The lore was long forgotten memoirs of ancient wizard kings. Using this rare knowledge, Meredian was able to make what will probably be the most significant discovery of his life. He figured out how to unlock magical energy present in all things. He had been able to give himself a version of spontaneous magic that others are occasionally born with. This power would provide the edge he needed against his rivals. He was able to continually destroy rivals as they ran out of spells long before he did.
In time Meridian developed a reputation of always being ready. He served his house well and in time was invited to serve with the darkscouts. The darkscouts were an elite team the patrolled the surrounding cave networks and dispatched any potential threats. While patrolling Meridian would regularly use spells of stealth and venture away from the group to scout. One such instance he returned to find a new tunnel by where he had left his team as well as the slaughtered remains of both his team and deep dwarf corpses. At that moment Meridian had a moment of insight. He realized that this was the first time in his 100 year life that he truly had an opportunity to escape. Fearing theft Meridian generally traveled with all his possessions with him, so there was nothing worth going back for. However he knew that if his corpse was not found he would be sought. Therefore Meridian used magics to alter one of the dwarf corpses to be identical to him. Then, covering his tracks and presence with magic and mundane means, he turned and never looked back. He wanted to get as far from his homeland as possible. Over time he found his way to the surface and has found it much more to his liking than the petty squabbles of his former home. Though he does hide his heritage when necessary he generally avoids needing to do so. Surface dwellers fear his kind, as well they should.
