Duardlara Frostborn |

Duardlara is likely a bit farther away, more for line of sight to anyone approaching than caution regarding this woman.

Titian Troll |

Titan would stand at the edge of the distance at which he could see her and talk without yelling.
"If I told you we were here to make the camp more interesting, would you believe me?" trying to use humour to ingratiate himself.

DM Variel |

The fey creature smiles demurely as she responds to TitianI believe that you could makes a lot of things more interesting with your presence. Please come closer though that we may talk more intimately and privately.
Well Cyneheim, I perhaps know of a way to help you but I can't give that information to you for free. You have to earn a reward like that.
everyone please make a will save DC 27 or be compelled to take a move action closer to the well.
You can now see that as she is kicking her feet in the water she is actually pushing down dead bodies to keep them from floating up to the surface.
You know that she is the one that killed these people after they refused her advances. Currently she is not directing any ire or wrath in your direction but you aren't sure how long she will remain nice.

"She is pushing dead bodies under the water to keep them submerged."

DM Variel |

The fey creature smiles as most of you approach next to her. My, my but most of you are so charming and exquisite up close. Perhaps I shouldn't have been so hasty in my welcome. Perhaps I should have said that only one at a time come closer. So my dears, I need only 1 of you now so whom will want to stay with me first?
Unless someone else volunteers we can have Cynehelm be busy for the next hour or more.

DM Variel |

Where do the rest of you want to go while Cynehelm pumps information from the fey?
Cynehelm’s face blushes slightly as he moves forward. He volunteers for the task at hand trading his time for worthy secrets about Rasputin and the encampment. The fey creature casts a quick spell water breathing on him as he disappears under the water past the dead bodies to the depths of the natural hot spring.

Titian Troll |

Titan will stay nearby anxiously waiting for this friend's return.

DM Variel |

Titian you can’t see Cynehelm at all as the dead bodies and darkness at the bottom of the well prevent your sight. You also are unsure of how long he will be unavailable. Giving you the chance to explore something else in the meantime and will pare any combats down since only 3 of you.
Jetro you know enough that Cynehelm would be able to diagnose and treat any affliction he may receive. It just may be tomorrow before that happens.

Titian Troll |

"We checked the long buildings there so let's check the ones over there." pointing first to the left of the map then to the right. D6 next.

DM Variel |

Keeping to the shadows and avoiding being out in the open the 3 of you move east to explore more buildings. Thankfully the troops in the trenches and the towers are looking outward for any threats. You pass a green fog to the north that has shapes moving inside it but it stays in the enclosure. Arriving at the long building to peer inside.
Every wall in this long building is splattered with gore, and eviscerated bodies are strung up with barbed wire, their flayed flesh stretched taut to expose raw muscle and their disemboweled entrails draped like limp clotheslines over the high rafters of this horrific chamber.
Converted to a field hospital in the wake ofRasputin's arrival, this barracks originally served to ease the suffering ofthe dying, but is now the site ofbloody torture and experimentation, and is horrifically decorated with eviscerated bodies hanging from every bed and rafter.
One of Rasputin's disciples, a sadistic surgeon who had seen too much of the horrors of modern war, followed Rasputin to Akuvskaya and took charge of the hospital, where exposure to the world-warping energies of the camp transformed the already corrupted surgeon into a monstrously inhuman terror. His work in the hospital attracted the attention of an ostiarius kyton, who inducted the surgeon into the ranks ofthe kyton race, transfiguring him into an interlocutor kyton. The unfortunate wounded soldiers who remained in the hospital became subject to the newly born kyton's torturous experiments. Its body now composed of foreign limbs, gnarled branches, and coiled barbed wire, this patchwork quilt ofhideously flayed flesh and tangled nerves now exists only to bring suffering to others.

Cynehelm of Orlov |

Oh, man! Cynehelm got busy and I missed it! Stupid COVID!
Eh, it'd never work out. She lives on Earth and Cynehelm... um... changes his phone number.
Cynehelm readies an admonishing ray for the moment the door opens and he sees the kyton. No kids are getting hurt on his watch!

Cynehelm of Orlov |

Eh, ummm... Sounds like a wise idea. But if we have to fight this fey that's more degradation of our resources, he said self-servingly.
Nope! Cynehelm puts a sock on the doorknob.

DM Variel |

The sock hangs on the well as Cynehelm takes one for the team. And it is possible that she may return tot he fey realm and meet you once again on Golarion when this is all over.
Cynehelm please make me fort saves DC 13 +1 per previous check until you fail 1 time. That indicates your 'stamina' before you are fatigued by your interrogation. For each success you get to ask a question that she will answer to the best of her knowledge.

Cynehelm of Orlov |

Sorry, I missed the bit about the questions. I take it I'm missing the battle? Oh, man!
1. Who are you?
2. What is happening here in this camp?
3. Where can I find Rasputin?
4. How can we defeat Rasputin?

DM Variel |

My name is Libuska and I was summoned here by Rasputin when he first arrived here. This spring is my home until I am able to find a way to return to my home world and escape this strange land.
Rasputin has turned the camp into his own private fortress. I heard him say there is some connection to this place and his mother. Who his mother is though I have no idea.
When the 4 corner guard towers were finished he disappeared into the chapel. The lightning arcs connect to each other and the chapel. I have not seen him since. I would investigate the 4 towers and see if they have any information for you.
You must find a way to bring the chapel back from the fey realm to finally reach him. Even then should you kill him it is said that his soul is stitched to his body preventing him from passing to the afterlife.

Cynehelm caresses Libuska's face, then climbs out of the water. "My friends need me. And frankly, you need me with them. We may find the key to releasing you when we bring back the chapel from the Fey Realm. Thank you for all you have told me. I will do what I can to release you. I swear it."
Can I get into the fight?

DM Variel |

you have spent a decent amount of time with Libuska as evidence of your fatigued state. You will miss this fight. Besides with Titian rolling like this it won't last long.
Titian feels the draining effects of the gaze and is only able to make a single attack. What he lacked in numbers though he made up for in damage. The blow knocking one of the extra arms nearly clear off at the joint!
