Thaddeus looks at the Doctor, with scrutiny, "Wait a minute. You mean to tell me that a necromancer, the one this crazy man calls the Razor Man, is here in your cellar? Why did you not send word to the city, we could have arrived much sooner and removed this threat even before anyone had gotten hurt. You will have to answer for your possible involvement in these crimes."
Following Bel'Tanis' haste, Thaddeus agrees and confirms, to the half-ogre "Do what you are told, and lock this man back up." To Doctor Habe he adds, grabbing him by the arm, "You are coming with us to the cellar. I dare not waste manpower leaving someone to keep an eye on you, and am even less willing to leave you to your own recognizance and expect to not run."
"Were I about to turn into a monster that would murder all of you, I would hope that you would have the will to do what was necessary," Scoria states, concerned by this necromancer but equally concerned with leaving the turning ghoul here. "Sergeant. His affliction is in the end stages - I do not believe that he can be saved. Putting him down now means we no longer need to worry about him while we deal with the necromancer."
She looks at Khrondak and Thaddeus, holding her blade at the ready. "If either of you believe we can save him, then save him. If you cannot, don't prolong his suffering or the risk he poses to us and the other inmates of this place."
Habe, "No he's not the razor man, I have no idea who this fool keeps babbling about."
The half-ogre looks at Bel'Tanis, "No luk up doktor," and glares back at the aasimar.
"Not the doctor, lock up him!" Bel'Tanis points to Grayst impatiently and turns for the cellar. He stops after one step, his shoulders sagging briefly as he turns back to the brutish aide. His voice softens notably as he locks eyes with the huge man, "Please." As he turns away again, Bel'Tanis rolls his shoulders as his face hardens once more. He explodes through the basement door and rushes down the steps with his falchion drawn and ready.
Matthias stands up and brushes himself off, ignoring Scoria's speech. "Let us visit this necromancer and see what is up with him. I'll follow. Ladies first?" He bows and gestures to Scoria.
"The man is not dead yet, Scoria. His soul might still be saved... I'll look into it. And if nothing can be done, I assure you I shall personally slay the beast." Khrondak draws the earth breaker and follows Bel'Tanis down to the cellar.
The monk sighs, relenting her position for the moment. "Fine. Let us deal with this necromancer then."
She sets off downstairs, catching up with Bel'tanis quickly.
Before following the rest down the stairs, Midori turns to Grayst and says, more calmly than she feels "Does the Razor Man have another name? I can't respond if I can't find him."
