I forgot to add my plus 2 to my attack roll because he would be considered flat footed for my attack.. so it should be a 17 to hit

Plus 2 to attack only applies when you are flanking. A flatfooted opponent doesn't get any DEX to AC however

I thought that as a rogue any time I got to add sneak attack it was a +2 to hit

Mikail, just for you information. Re-stealth feint is called sniping and there is special rules for that.

Restealth after a ranged attack has a -20 penalty.
Zanu throws a magic missile at the closest hunter. Maldrek swings his warhammer at the same hunter. His green shirt changes to dark red, he staggers already, but he's still standing.
The hunter with the blue hat approaches Maldrek and swings his silver sword, but misses.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Mido moves closer to the action in the gardens while Mikail shoots with his sling at the hunter with the blue hat. Mikail hits, you can see that the hat fall from his head.

Do we both roll Reflex or only Maldrek, or only horse roll Reflex?

Maldrek tried to balance every thing: horse standing near the fire, enemy on the other side, possible attacks. Reflex (Maldrek): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Aspen, his horse wasn't glad at all, since owner totally forgot about his tail. Reflex (Aspen): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Horse danced a bit away and put both his hooves and bite to the objects of his troubles.

Sorry Maldrek, you are right. Green-Hat is defeated with the horse hoof attack of the first round. And I would say the horse looses the 2HP, Maldrek is sitting higher than the fire burns. Will try to make that clearer next time.
As green is defeated, I take your actions against the blue guy. Is this ok?
Maldrek balances on the the horse, but Aspen is not used to fire on the battlefield. He dances around and his tail catches on fire. The horse tries to extinguish the fire with his hooves. While Aspen stomps the ground Maldrek attacks the last hunter in front of him and hits him on his head. Also this hunter falls down into the dust.

Mikail approaches the group and the downed gnome.
"Good news is that we put out the fire.. you still have stock that you can sell. Bad news is that there really isn't much that will prevent others from coming and hurting you again. Do you know if they are just a random group or is there someone in charge of the lyncanthrope hunters around here?"

Hmm why would Lycanthrop hunters look to destroy weapons against their foes? Either they are looking to establish a monopoly or they are perhaps Lychanthropes themselves?

Zanu can't do anything to help put out the fire, so he just stands where he is an waits for orders. now is the time where I wish I prepared ray of frost. Unfortunately, I did not prepare that as I wasn't predicting a fire.

"Oh, thats really good news. Thank you very much." the gnome says. "I think as soon as the ritual is stopped the hunters will stay away. They wanted for sure establish a monopoly, they get a huge amount of mone for every head they take."
After the fire is gone he invites you into his house. "Come in and watch your heads." he says. "Please take a seat, I'm going to tell you what I found out about the ritual and everything."
"Rumors of lycanthrope activity often bring ruthless bounty hunters to the region, anxious to kill for coin. The rumors of animal-men south of Wispil have brought several such groups to the region. I also initially thought that those animal-men are lycanthropes, but I was wrong. Just like these hunters are wrong. The rumors spring from animal-men sighted in the forest near Briar Henge, where the druids’ ongoing ritual has had the strongest prolonged effect. The animal-men are bestial and dangerous, but they aren’t true lycanthropes, as they can’t change form and don’t have any particular vulnerability to silver — or to belladonna.
The animal-men are the result of the Briar Henge druids’ ritual with the Atavistic Splinter. That was all in my report to the Society. They used to be humanoids, but they’ve been changed by the druid’s ritual. They are incredibly tough, with animal-like faces and claws. They also lose most of their wits, becoming animalistic in mind as well as body. Longer exposure and closer proximity to Briar Henge appear to enhance the effects; I had to evade a trapper who lived only a few miles east of Briar Henge, and she was little more than a raving beast. Be careful!
The druids intend to transform everyone in the surrounding area into feral animal-men as a perverted way of returning them to ‘nature.’ The ritual is slow but powerful. The druids have been performing the ritual for weeks, and it seems to affect the area for miles around Briar Henge. Exactly how far out, I couldn’t say. I’ve done a lot of research, though, and I’ve learned two important points. First, the effects of the ritual are reversed only if the Atavistic Splinter is removed from Briar Henge before the entire ritual is complete — then all the affected animal-men would return to normal. Second, the ritual will end at sundown the day after tomorrow. That is, the ritual will only last two more days. The bad news is, that it takes almost two days to get to Briar Henge.
To get to Briar Henge you need to go south of here. The trail is fairly good for the first day, and there’s a small logging camp you could rest at. The loggers there are no friends of the druids, so you’re likely to receive a warm welcome if you mention you’re working against Briar Henge. Briar Henge is another day further southeast along some narrow but passable trails." Falbin draws a small map.
"I only saw Briar Henge from afar. It looks like a palisade wall in a ring, about twelve feet high and made of dense thorns. There was only one break in the wall that I saw, but it didn’t appear to be guarded.
I don’t know if the druids are effected by the ritual. If they are gaining physical power, their minds would also become more primitive, so maybe you could use that to your advantage if this is the case.
I don't think you have to fear anything from the ritual. Only people that have been in the area for a prolonged period of time seem affected. If you go to Briar Henge quickly, you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.
Well, that's all I know." Falbin says and looks at you waiting for questions.

"Thank you, dear Falbin. Because you did such through investigation, we clearly understand, that it is druids of Briar Henge, who broke the law: instead of filling the formal complaint, they decided to start involuntary transformation of innocent people. Also, it's clear, that Atavistic Splinter gives them enough power to perform magical rituals and they should be denied of usage, unless local authorities will solve a legal precedent between them. I am ready to witness, that Pathfinder Society could be an independent third party, that will protect Atavistic Splinter unless the legal precedent will be concluded and druids of the Briar Henge will prove their right to use such powerful magical artifact. How many cases of involuntary animal-iation are we talking about?"
When inside house, Maldrek took his journal out and carefully noted facts gnome was talking about.
As his friends started to gather their stuff, he also stood up: "Might be we could borrow mount for our team members, so we could cut some time?"
I am ready to go. Sorry for slow posting - back to work, catching on lot of stuff
