That sounds about right.
I was waiting in the middle so I could duck off to one side with a Vanish spell and attack the big `un as it passes by.

hey guys. sorry for the drop and long absence. My other group knows this already, but i should let you all in on why i was abscent.
I suffer from PTSD from deploying to iraq. Because of this, i will sometimes go long periods of time in which i will get depressed and doing the things that i normally love to do i end up avoiding like the plague. So it takes me a while to get my feet back under me and to get this rolling. but i do end up getting back to it.
So, i apologize for the long absence.
Tomorrow, if you all still want to play, i will begin the battle.

That's fine. Depression can be quite the demotivator for everything. Good to see that you are up and running. I am ready to continue when you are.

All is good and I understand. While I can never understand what it is that you went through and are going through as I have never personally been deployed. I have gone through deployments with many friends and the vast majority of my family. You take the time you need when you need it.

Hey guys, yes you are waiting on me. Last week i came down with food poisoning which laid me out from tuesday night til today.

Hi,
I have been giving this a lot of thought and I am still not sure how to say this without sounding bad in one way or another.
So here goes
I understand that RL takes the front seat over a game and that all of us have one thing or another come up that keeps us away for some time.
I do not hold an ill will agaisnt anyone for dealing with real life issues.
That being said...
PBPs take time...lots of time as most everyone knows. This module is HUGE and will take years to complete. My time is limited and I wish to utilize that time to the fullest. I am not seeing this game going much further as we have been going at a very slow pace. I am going to give this another week before I move on. I am sorry if this puts anyone's plans in a rut but it has been almost 2 weeks since our DM posted.

I am going to bow out. I have been tolerant of the game but the game is going too slow for me and it seems to be dying.
