That is so not the point. The point is he didn't even ask if there was something you might like to do. It's like...he just expects you to hang around while he goes off and does whatever the hell he likes. Is that how it's gonna be when the baby comes? He's gonna expect you to take care of everything and be waiting for him in bed when the mood strikes him....or is he gonna start taking an active role? Is this what I have to look forward to for the rest of my life?

I make plans for myself because I know he has plans. Maybe a child will change things...He comes from a dysfunctional background, so do I. I don't know what I'm supposed to say.

"You do have that luxury," Yulia answers with a small smile. "You know...why don't I save this for later and maybe we can go out and eat? We haven't seen a lot of each other lately..."
Standing up, "You know, you're right, we really haven't. What do you say we head to the Old Fish? Just to shake things up."
Realizing he still had the book on him, the Dhampir added, "Just give me a second to put this somewhere." With that, he disappeared in the bedroom for a moment, then returned.
Taking the envelope, "And I'm sorry for that. But between the classes and spending time with our new niece, I'm fairly exhausted to do much else." Elsa couldn't help but yawn at that point. "Well I'd best get out of your way. Have a pleasant night."

"Physically, I'm fine," Yulia answers. "Konstantyná says not to expect anything for a few more days. So I'm trying to get this cafe started before I have to make time for it between baby symptoms."
"Good. I'm only asking because our child was conceived while I still had the Storm in my blood. From what I read in the other book I have, our child may end up a Stormborn, and I have no idea what to expect from such a pregnancy. But enough of that. Is there anything I can do to help get the cafe set up?"

"I really can't think of anything you can do to help. I've set up an account with Barclay to cover expenses and I'm being reasonable with it. I can get paladins to move the furniture for me...Actually...how's your handwriting?" Yulia asks.

Tesia squeezes her hand back, grateful that even though almost everything went wrong within the first leg of their journey to Lysse, that they were found by these people and are able to sit and have a meal. Especially with everything they were able to learn from them, not to mention Arista's new armor. Looking at Rhy she gives her a warm smile before going back to the rest of her meal.
Kāma finishes her performance with a flourish, smiling as the audience erupts into applause. Increasingly more and more people tended to watch her last dance of the night, and the coins often flowed like water. It most likely had something to do with the fact that Elena usually came to meet her near the end of her set. Having her beloved watching always added something extra to her performance, a personal touch that left everyone in the audience feeling as if they'd witnessed something spectaculer yet sensually intimate.
Winking at her fiancee as she heads back to where she changed into her different aoutfits, the hijra is stunned by the sudden wave of energy that passes over the area. Even as she hears the gasps of surprise asn confusion, she is vaguely aware of something else. Though not part of the clergy, having been raised in a temple of Ammanurata, and bearing the special touch of her Goddess' sacred nature in herself, she recognized the feeling of the divine presence.
Ammanurata had set foot on Zahvroma. Gathering up her bag with her other clothing she pulls on a warm cloak as she goes outto meet her beloved. How much more so must the sensation of thier goddess affected her?

Finishing her meal she stretches as she yawns. Looking at her beloved she gently caresses her cheek, "How are you feeling my love? Are you done eating, or is there something else I can get you?" She asks as she kisses her love's hand.
"Mmm I think I'm done love. I'm full and happy, that was delicious." Rhadaya says with a smile at their hostesses before gazing lovingly into her wife's eyes.

Giving her a smile she asks, "Are you feeling sleepy or did you want to walk or something for a little bit before bed?" Looking at Yerna she says, "Thank you for the meal, it really was good. We'll see you all in the morning." Standing she pulls Rhy's chair out for her and holds out her hand, "Come my love, we can do whatever you wish."
Standing up and taking Tes' hand, Rhadaya smiles. "I think a walk would be perfect after a nice meal. A little more fresh air before we turn in sounds good to me." she says leaning against her wife.

She nods as she wraps an arm around Rhy's waist and heads outside with her. As they walk a little ways off she says, "I love doing things with you. I can't believe how incredibly lucky I am to have found you and I pray that I never make you feel like I take you, or what we have for granted for even a single second of a single day."

Yulia cocks her head to the side. "I'll need a sign for the cafe, but my handwriting is atrocious. I think Mr. Meacham can do the etching for it, but I'll need him to work from something."
Back in the women's sleeping quarters, Arista's sleep is fitful at best as she keeps having strange dreams. In the very back of her mind, her subconscious reminds her of something one of the dwarves of Olther's Pike told her as she dreams about her family and Theon's sword.
Suddenly waking up she feels sweaty as her hair seems to stick to her face. Half asleep she digs through their bag of holding before pulling out what was left of her brother's sword and the adamantine.
Rajni laughs a little, "It's okay Toni...they've just never seen me bring back something this big and Balladier can only go so fast. We'll be at Hadrinn's soon, I promise." Tapping Balladier lightly with the reigns she gets him to pick up the pace just enough so that Toni wouldn't feel so uncomfortable.
"You make me feel like I'm the center of the world." Rhadaya says gazing up into Tes' deep blue eyes. "That's one thing I know I'll never have to worry about, all the little things you do every moment we're together tell me just how much you love men and value me."
As the sylph sorceress speaks, her feet sub-consciously lift an inch off the ground.
The color in her cheeks darkening slightly she taps Balladier with the reigns once more and soon they are out in front of Hadrinns. Hopping down from the driver seat she looks at the youth out front and smiles, "Could you let Hadrinn know that Rajni has a delivery for him out front please? I'll start untying things back here and get ready to unload. Let him know we might need some help moving some things. Thank you." She says as she moves around to the back of the sled to get things ready to move once Hadrinn comes out.
Giving her eyes a moment to adjust to the light, she rubs them sleepily as she gets up from the bed and half walks, half stumbles sleepily out to the main room where some of the others still sit at the table. Seeing Fallon she goes to him while carrying the objects, "Fallon....sorry to interrupt your supper...but I need help with something else." She says sounding still half asleep. Holding out the wrapped up remainder of the sword and the adamantine she says, "I don't expect anything right away....but....it belonged to my brother and...and it's the only thing I have left of him. One of the dwarves at Olther's Pike told me that sometimes certain things can tell a story or something...I don't know...if I left it with you...could you fix it for me? Please? It might be the only clue I have to where he is...." She says with a yawn as her hair hangs all over her and her eyes seem heavy with sleep still as if she just woke up from a dream.
Hadrinn emerges a moment after being fetched. His eyes practically bulge out as he sees the results of Rajni's hunt. "Well now! I'd say your trip was a success."
She nods as she gestures to Clara and Toni, "I wouldn't have been able to do it without them, that thing woulda killed me..nearly killed Shar. Would it be alright Hadrinn if after you're done butchering them all out that I take home a little of the Elk to mama?" She says, clearly proud of what the three of them had accomplished. Smiling she says, "I can't wait to see Dillon's face when I tell him I don't have to go out hunting again for probably the rest of winter....wouldn't you think so Hadrinn? That should be enough to keep everyone fed through winter right?"
She nods, "Okay...thank you." With her eyes already half closed again she turns to walk back to the sleeping room and nearly trips over a chair on her way out of the room.
"Glad you enjoyed it sssweetheart."
Kāma says smiling broadly. Stepping forward she leans up slightly to kiss her fiancee, her hand automatically touching her belly despite her not yet showing. "Did you feel....sssomething a moment ago"she asks quietly.
"Of course," Hadrinn answers. "It's only fair that you get a share. I'm fairly sure this'll see the town through the winter, perhaps a week of spring as well."
"I thought so. I wonder what it meansss." Kāma says slipping an arm around Elena's waist as Finn walks up to them handing her a pouch with her portion of the night's proceeds.
