"Thank you Thribden, we'd be lost without you," Gorou says, bowing to the Samsaran. Now mostly healed up, he takes the lead again, forging further into the goblin village. He opens the door at the end of the hall, ducking to avoid any throw alchemist fire.

you aren't in combat, so there is no move and standard action. Just like you cannot ready an action outside of combat, which is what you are in essence doing. and you can't fight defensively if you aren't fighting. "You can choose to fight defensively when attacking. If you do so, you take a –4 penalty on all attacks in a round to gain a +2 to AC until the start of your next turn." You have to be attacking. All of that said, I do bend the readying an action outside of combat rule, if you are specific, so I will give you the bonus if the door opens and an alchemist fire, or another kind of flask flies at you.

Seeing the empty hallway, Darinius taps Gorou on the shoulder and points to the other door in the hallway, motioning for him to open it.
Also, is that a ladder in the hallway we just looked down?

Exiel stands ready with a club in each hand.
I think believe that would be the East door.
Noting Darinius' motions, Exiel tentatively pushes the door before Darinius with a club. If that does nothing, he sighs and tucks one of the clubs into his sash, then tries the door via whatever serves for a door handle for this place. All of the above is done from the square he is currently in.
With his other hand, he raises the other club, ready to throw at the first goblin he sees.

Acrobatics into the room, attack and manifest my claws as a free action. Now theoretically I threaten the whole room depending on how MiniGM deals with changing grip on a weapon. If I can't do it during an AoO then I will just use my claws to threaten 3 and 7.

Hearing battle and not wanting to be left out again, Tripp rushes forward. Seeing the goblins through the doorway, he lets Lucille zing a bullet towards the nearest unengaged goblin.
(I think #4 is not in melee, judging by the map? If it is, take -4 from my roll for not having precise shot)

Hey Darinius, I think you only do 1d4 with those claws at the moment, you don't do 1d6 until few more levels.
Noting Darinius' nimble movement through the goblins' formation, and realising that two of the goblins have made a flanking maneuver on Gorou, Exiel too ducks through the doorway and weaves past Gorou to the square East of Goblin #5.

Shiori moves into the room, attempting to dart to the side of her brother, but moving a little less agile then she would have liked.
However she still swings her dagger at one of the goblins Vs #3: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 211d4 - 1 ⇒ (3) - 1 = 2 slicing into the creature with her sharp knife.

Tripp tucks and rolls, attempting to tumble his way into the corner of the room.

But he manages to fumble his tumble. (not sure if #1 uses his AoO vs Shiori or not)
He then grabs another sling bullet and loads it into Lucille, and then takes aim and prepares to take another shot.

Seeing the passage, which he thinks is plenty wide unlike his tall companions, open up, Narissth moves down the hall and fires his bow at the only goblin he can see.

Having just brained a goblin on one side of his current position, Exiel looks over his shoulder to see that another of his allies is now flanked. He pivots on his back leg, spins around and swings his club at goblin #7.
"You do NOT flank my allies you little runt!"
