The puppet creature flies to the table and picks up a flask.
Ghosting Lini
Lini draws her wand of Magic Fang and enchants Droogami's fangs.
"Get that xenist bastard!"
Krenar flings a flask at Kyra
"Burn you witch!"
To Hit: 1d20 + 8 - 4 - 2 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 8 - 4 - 2 - 2 + 2 = 17
damage: 3d6 + 3 ⇒ (3, 6, 3) + 3 = 15 and Kyra catches fire.
This clearly burns better than an alchemist fire. It will keep burning unless extinguised!
The explosion is very big and everyone is caught in the blast. The metal snake somehow seems excluded by the blast.
Lem: 1d20 + 8 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 8 + 4 = 29
Seelah: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Lini: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Droogami: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15
Lem takes 3, Droogami evades the blast completely and Seelah and Lini take 6.

Power Attack on Iron Cobra: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 101d8 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Again, Power Attack cancels out Heroism. Don't think I missed any more modifiers, right? I have Barkskin on me, but nothing to aid in attack.
Aaaand fumble. :/
Droogami moves forward and tries to jump over the metal snake.
Acrobatics (jumping): 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (2) + 17 = 19

Guys! Finish the man! This spell will only last a short while!
Lem shout in between fiddling his flute.
Ghosting Kyra
It's been 36 hours and options are limited. If you don't agree with the actions we can retcon.
Kyra's Divine Scimitar attacks
To Hit: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17 Misses the prone alchemist
Kyra uses her wand of CLW to heal CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 and takes fire: 1d6 ⇒ 1
"Can someone help me with putting out this fire?"
The puppet moves to his master and lights an alchemical item. Instantly an thick, opaque smoke is created obscuring the alchemist and his minion. The force weapon returns to Kyra.
Lini finishes her spell and a wild water elemental appears! Lini points at the fire consuming her friend and makes a noise of water being poured over fire.
"Pssshhssshshss!"
The water elemental quenches the fire, then moves towards the smoke
Lini walks over to Kyra and uses her wand of CLW. CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8

Lem grabs his wand of cure light wounds while walking over to Kyra, who's on the ground. He then casts cure light wounds on her.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Kyra! Get up! And you know it! Only non-lethal damage to the brain, got it!?
He then proceeds by maintaining his performance by reciting a poem on Sarenrae's forgiveness.
Ghosting Kyra
Kyra stand up and taps herself again with the wand CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
"Let's get him!"
The homonculus delays.
The water elemental delays.

Throwing a ranged weapon provokes, but I'm not sure if it's only from the target, or from everyone around you. Might be relevant for Droog, although you could make a case for cover from the table.
Ready for when I flank with Droogami.
"Lini, could you ask Droogami to help me flank? I'm having trouble hitting the guy."
Readied Power Attack, with Heroism, Performance, and flank: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 211d8 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12

Indeed, the smoke blocked sight to the enemies and it wasn't possible to regain sight with a single move.
"You people of limited vision, you are beneath me!"
With these words Krenar rises into the air!
(First square provoking from Seelah)
AoO Seelah: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12 Miss

"Thanks, Lem, I needed that. But now he's too high up for me to hit, can't you try another Hideous Laughter?"
Ten feet up means he's in the third square from the bottom, right? Which means I can't hit him. If I can, disregard my attack on the puppet and use it on him.
Seelah's eyes flick over to the puppet. "At least I can get rid of this little nuisance..."
Power Attack, Heroism and Performance on the puppet: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 271d8 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

Oh, if that's an option, I'd like to change my action to that, if possible.
Yep, that's an option. You'll probably break some valuable alchemical equipment though! (and you'll need to make a climb check. Not a difficult one though, but might not be automatic with heavy armor)
40/40 HP | AC 22, T 10, FF 22 | Fort +6, Ref +1, Will +5| CMB+7, CMD 17 | Init +0 | Perception +1 | Speed: 20 Paladin 4
To hell with it, I've had enough of this. ACP of -6, Heroism gives a +2, and a STR of +3, so a -1 in total. Here's hoping it'll work.
Climb check: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (10) - 1 = 9
"I'm sorry if I smash anything, I'll pay for the Make Whole. This guy's more important than some lab equipment right now."
