Can someone please verify for me, this adventure IS repeatable for any lvl 1 character.... right?

So if I have (i.e. 5 different characters), they can all play this for credit, right?

Aye this, and in service to lore can be taken with x = MANY level 1 chars

just noticed that every character i've played after the 1st time shows "Player has already played scenario at session # 9 of event # 43179 Online on July 02, 2014." in the notes section of that character's sessions.

Anyone know how i go about getting this "fixed"? Do I just need to respond to the "report a problem with this session" link? Has anyone else ever had something similar happen?

I get that for DMing it too. I think it is just their online system doesn't know how to handle this at ISTL properly. They may fix it one day.
