Mostly they've been freeform - magic and history etc are lectures with some practical... but thus far, most of the weapon classes have been practical.

Any show which contains the following scenes is alright in my book:

On the way to the tournament that takes place just after the Cell Games, Bulma says that the guys shouldn't go Super Saiyan because then people might recognize them from TV and then they'll have lots of reporters showing up on their doorstep.

Vegeta replies "Let them come! I will destroy them all!"

Then, shortly after the tournament starts, Vegeta sees Mr Hercule/Satan and quips "I've seen houseplants stronger than he is".

Just 'teach', with the occasional die rolls (warning: PCs have disgusting stats/rolls, be advised, can't stress this enough-- the game systems we're using are chaotic and shared across numerous iterations of versions and errata. Best concept to have is: 'go with the story/makes sense and rules light'. Good luck there.)

The school changes based on what's needed. Once it's your classroom it will change to meet your requirements no matter what those requirements might be and no matter what it used to look like. So it's totally normal for students to come into class on Monday and do a double take because the classroom has changed.

The rooms pretty much conform to what you need. Furniture, fixtures and such the school istelf will shape for you.

So feel free to tailor the classroom to your character :P

Just a slight expansion on the classrooms and what they can do:

For my first day in Care for Magical Creatures, the entire room changed into some sort of underground cave system.

While over in Stealth, the room turned into a sort of forest type environment.

Karish is probably gonna do a big observatory/starglobe type thing for the Divine Magic class.
